Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec tout ce qu'il faut. C'est très propre et le personnel est très aimable et agréable. Le parking de l'hôtel était plein et on nous a gentiment renseigné pour savoir où nous garer.

Camere ampie, pulite e luminose, con comoda kitchenette. Posizione perfetta, a pochi metri dal principale snodo della metropolitana e a dieci minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Utile il garage a 25 dollari al giorno, se la vostra auto non è enorme e non supera il metro e settanta di altezza
Colazione accettabile per gli standard canadesi: altrove in hotel della stessa categoria o anche inferiori abbiamo trovato più scelta, soprattutto come salato
La struttura era pulita
Esperienza purtroppo deludente. Nonostante avessi richiesto le pulizie giornaliere, la camera non è mai stata pulita, ho dovuto chiamare io la reception quanto meno per farmi cambiare gli asciugamani . La prima sera ho avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno: non mi hanno cambiato stanza e hanno mandato un tecnico che, durante l’intervento, ha finito per allagare il bagno. Anche la colazione è molto basica e con poca scelta. Infine, la posizione si trova in un quartiere che non ho trovato particolarmente piacevole. Nel complesso, ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare.

For the price I paid....I did NOT expect to stay in a hostel! For a little extra I could have stayed at the Hyatt! For what we stayed in...it should have been $135 per night....not $300...which included $25 parking. Had to park outside because my mini van did not fit in their garage! 🤷
