Redelijk hotel, maar de bedden…
Pros:

Het hotel is ok

Cons:

Verschrikkelijk slechte bedden, alsof je op een groot kussen slaapt… veel te zacht dus.

Pros:

L'espace de la chambre et ses équipements. La literie, le petit déjeuner copieux, l'emplacement pour visiter le vieux Montréal

Cons:

Indépendant de l'hôtel, mais des travaux matinaux, juste a côté de notre chambre en bout de façade, étaient un peu dérangeants, et je pense qu'il y en a pour un moment.

Awesome location and extremely comfortable room
Pros:

Location very close to public transit, friendly and multilingual staff, good amount of space for 2 people, comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, private bathroom, ac, breakfast with great pastries.

Cons:

There was some confusion around housekeeping services. I was asked to pick a day for services at check in. The morning we were supposed to get service, we put the towels in the tub since they'd been used a few times. When we came back to the room around 2pm, service had not been completed, but the housekeeping cart was in the hall, so we figured we were next. We left to get coffee for a bit and came back around 5 so we could shower before dinner (there was a heat wave during our stay, so we were pretty sweaty after being out all day). Housekeeping service had still not been completed, so we had to get extra towels from the front desk. The next day I had to specifically request housekeeping service. Not sure what the disconnect was.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again.

Großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah beim Metroknotenpunkt, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer habe ich leider nicht ans laufen gekriegt.

Worth the money.
Pros:

Quietness and comfortability

Cons:

Staff are neutral, not treating you like 5 star hotel and not very welcoming, but they are ok. Most of them are like robots. Wierd smell everywhere.
