Chambre propre et petit déjeuner très bon

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier d'une place de parking alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel justement pour cette possibilité.

Pros:

La localisation, à la fois central et calme car dans une quelle peu passant, à deux pas du métro Berry-UQAM. La kitchenette équipée est très appréciable.

Cons:

Il faut réclamer le ménage dans la chambre, même si demandé à l'enregistrement. Le matelas était trop souple.

Bien et proche du centre
Pros:

Emplacement en plein centre. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Parking trop petit pour les gros véhicules, ce qui devrait être annoncé car il s'agissait d'un critère de réservation pour nous. Nous avons tourné 30 minutes pour trouver un parking autour de l'hôtel

Pros:

Buona posizione comoda per il centro di Montreal.
Parcheggio privato dell' hotel (a pagamento).
Letti comodi.
Possibilità di cucinare in camera.

Cons:

Struttura che necessita di un'importante ristrutturazione e rinnovo..
Camere da rinnovare (letti, porte, interruttori luce, prese, ecc).
Bagno da rinnovare (doccia con tenda, rubinetto e doccia retrò).
Riscaldamento da rinnovare, datato e poco funzionante.
Zone comuni da ristrutturare in modo consistente (porte, scale, moquette...) e da pulire a fondo. Anche l'ingresso con porte scorrevoli old style, reception, scritte "sortie" lungo i corridoi, ecc lasciano a desiderare.
Ascensore non sufficiente per il numero di camere.
Garage non collegato alla struttura.
Colazione prevalentemente salata, con quasi totale assenza di prodotti dolci.
La pulizia in camera non viene fatta, se non su richiesta da fare al check-in (peccato che il cartello con le indicazioni per richiederla sia in ascensore, a check-in ormai fatto)... Presumibilmente a pagamento. Non vengono riassettati nemmeno i letti e spazzato a terra. In compenso è presente una busta in camera per dare la mancia al personale delle pulizie. Di pessimo gusto e retrò.
Colazione prevalentemente dolce, con quasi totale assenza di prodotti salati (se non per 1 tipo di affettato e 1 tipo di formaggio). I prodotti non vengono alternati e durante il soggiorno sono sempre gli stessi. Anche in sala colazioni (da ristrutturare anch'essa) presente un vaso con la possibilità di dare una mancia allo staff. Di pessimo gusto.

Non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, anche visto il costo.

Séjour agréable même s’il s’agissait d’un rendez-vous au CHUM.
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’amabilité du personnel et les commodités de la petite suite. Petit déjeuner continental excellent.

Cons:

Le matelas vraiment trop mou.
Le rideau de douche en tissu ne sentait pas bon (moisissures).
Un petit fauteuil confortable aurait été apprécié.
