Pros:

Grande professionalità alla reception, grande disponibilità, pulizia, posizione a una fermata metro da porta Nuova e praticamente in centro o quasi. Colazione non eccessivamente varia (se si esclude tutto il reparto dolci) ma ottima. Materasso perfetto. Parcheggio privato interrato, con ingresso un po' difficoltoso ma funzionale.

Ma abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina in garage fino al tardo pomeriggio del giorno di partenza, molto comodo.

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff (sia alla reception sia in sala colazione), organizzazione della camera, sconto per la colazione, disponibilità del personale

colazione piena di cose ma di qualità media o medio-bassa. Avrei preferito meno dolci ma freschi e di ottima fattura con ingredienti eccellenti. Evitare gli sfogliati scongelati, sono pessimi. Tutti i dolci erano pieni di zucchero. Gradito il cappuccino fatto al bar, ma bisogna migliorare la qualità del caffè.
Inutile mettere pancake già fatti così, non sono buoni. Tra la frutta mancava l'ananas.

regolazione della temperatura nella stanza. Nelle informazioni dichiarate che è possibile regolare autonomamente la temperatura della stanza. NON è vero. Il sistema era bloccato ed era inutile ogni regolazione dal pannello di controllo.
Sono stati giorni insolitamente freddi e avremmo voluto una temperatura più calda.
Ho chiesto alla reception e hanno detto che avrebbero regolato la temperatura loro a 23 gradi, come ho chiesto. Purtroppo non è successo e per due giorni abbiamo avuto freddino.

Le garage , les places de parking sont trop petites et il faut manœuvrer beaucoup difficile d’y entrer et d’en sortir Le coût de la recharge aussi est très et trop elevé
