Las instalaciones en general (aunque no vimos el spa) y el restaurante. Buen aparcamiento y habitaciones geniales. Desayuno muy bueno, mayoritariamente inglés. Tiene opciones adivínales gratuitas y otras de pago. Cena en restaurante bastante buena aunque no barata.
Por ponerle un pero, al llegar nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada, pero nos la cambiaron rápidamente. Y en desayuno, la carta con opciones adicionales la sacaron a la mesa casi al terminar.

Was a very nice hotel quiet when we first arrived on a Monday.
Not so much the property just things that happened staff were nice but first night 3 drinks were not available or orange slices! Restaurant had no fish and chips or ham pie….just niggley things

The room ten out ten and staff and cleanliness the same the food was nice but not exceptional for the price same with the wine which came to the table opened so not such a good experience and service was shabby breakfast was decent
Expected a little more for 4stars but on the whole a good experience
The rooms were well sized for a family. The breakfast was good, although the extras could have been more widely offered. It seemed if you were in the know you got them, if you weren't you didn't. The pool was lovely.
The Pillows- far to soft! You put your head on them and end up with a mountain either side of your head! Slightly less soft one would have been lovely. Also a walk in shower would have been preferred.
Great location. Spa facilities generally good - lively pool and hot tub. Helpful friendly staff. Food good.. Complimentary mini bar a bonus

Staff couldnt find our booking said they were fully booked told to call booking.com to sort it out not being helpful at all. So very disappinting as booked for a suprise for my partners birthday. Stood at reception for 1.5 hours before finally finding our booking
