The bed was comfortable and room wonderful. The bathroom was clean and had both bath and shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Slightly long wait time for food in the restaurant and also pool was small so not available when aqua classes were on. It would have helped to be told the time if these on arrival at the hotel.

Great value for money, convenient setting between Gloucester, Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. It was nice to sit outside and have fields around you.
Wasn't expecting a free mini bar, so that was a bonus. Pool was lovely and appreciated having separation for adults only from children to be able to swim lengths. Also, great that we could check out and still use the pool .
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was plentiful, but ability to keep up with demand for crockery seemed to be an issue, but the staff were obviously trying their hardest to meet demand, and it did get better over the weekend.
Handy stopover on way to Wales. Comfortable downstairs room, very quiet.
Bar food menu not available. Had to order from Restaurant menu. Not a lot of choice. The hotel is not near town and pub restaurant we tried stopped serving food at 6pm (Sunday). Toby Carvery near hotel had long queue.
We waited a few minutes at the bar in the afternoon to get a drink, had to go behind the bar to find someone to serve us.

The hotel was in a lovely location outside of Cheltenham. It was very clean and we were welcomed by a lovely lady on the reception.
The room was spacious with a king size bed and a lovely view to the rear of the hotel. It was clean and had everything you could need Including an iron and ironing board.
The only fault I have is the doors when they shut were incredibly noisy. I understand they need to shut but in the morning that is all you could hear.

Their attitude in the main was 'everything is too much trouble' or at least we will charge extra for everything. The room was tired. The breakfast really average.

Not dog friendly for eating. Having to collect breakfast and walk into bar area. No tables set for anyone not in restaurant area!!

The room was clean and spacious. The food at breakfast and the evening meal was hot and cooked freshly with friendly staff serving.
The hotel seemed understaffed all of the time. There only ever seemed one staff at the main bar, even though food can be ordered there as well. Also on the Saturday night there was a wedding reception that filtered into the bar area making it even longer to be served. Finally there was a coach party that arrived Saturday meaning our meal in the restaurant that evening took ages to come and that also had a knock on for space at breakfast the next morning.
Comfortable hotel with a good swimming pool, on a bus route to both Gloucester and Cheltenham
The staff were very professional and worked hard, but sometimes there weren’t enough of them.
