Schönes Hotel für Familien
Pros:

Die Pools, die Nähe zum Strand, das Personal war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr freundlich, wir hatten ein Appartment und das war sehr grosszügig, Terrasse direkt mit Zugang zum Pool.
Minidisco war toll.
Nähe zu es Canar ist toll, kann über einen kurzen Strandspaziergang erreicht werden. Und der Kiosk ist top ausgestattet!

Cons:

Sehr wenige vegane Speisen, auch wenig vegetarisch. Buffet zwar grosse Auswahl, aber halt sehr fleischlastig.
Personal spricht "nur" englisch und spanisch. Vorallem im Kinderklub schwierig, da die Kinder kein englisch sprechen (5,7,9). Öffnungszeiten des Kinderclubs sporadisch und wenig Programm. All inclusive ist neicht all inclusive, teilweise verwirrend was nun doch noch bezahlt werden muss (Eis für Kinder an der Poolbar oder Cappucino mit Aufpreis, Milchkaffe aber nicht...).
Strandliegen kosten zusätzlich, ist sehr klein markiert, damit man in die Falle tappt und dann bezahlen muss, so kam es bei uns an.

Poco confortable, demasiados puntos en contra.
Pros:

La ubicación y el surtido y calidad de los panes en el desayuno.

Cons:

La wifi muy mal. El acceso en coche al hotel fatal, no te dejan acceder a la puerta del hotel, está cortado el acceso en coche y solo pueden acceder taxis y bus.
El check out a las 10:30 es demasiado temprano.
Cualquier servicio extra debe ser pagado por adelantado, aunque ya tengan tu tarjeta grabada como garantía.
El parking por 15 eur es un atraco, explanada de tierra y al sol, además aparcar en la zona es una odisea si no coges el parking.

The location is really nice, the swimming pool too, food and waiters are good too.

Cons:

But there is so much noise every night because of the people, slamming doors, speaking load or screaming. I couldn't have a real sleep in a week, that's a shame for holiday. It's the worst in my entire holidays experience.
The hotel can't do anything for disrespectful people but it could improve the insulation of the walls and windows. And the bedroom was a little too small.

Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!
Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una suite vista mare e ci hanno assegnato un appartamento più vecchio e piccolo senza avvisarci, né scusarsi. La lista dei disagi è lunghissima: mobili rotti e pericolanti (un mobile è addirittura crollato solo sfiorandolo, richiedendo l'intervento dei manutentori),una vasca/doccia vecchia e arrugginita, e interventi di verniciatura improvvisati fatti durante il soggiorno. A questo si aggiungono un phon bruciato e prese pericolose, oltre a telefono e frigorifero completamente non funzionanti. Dopo tre giorni di richieste di assistenza, totale mancanza di collaborazione e difficoltà immensa nel parlare con un responsabile, sono stati inviati solo manutentori per rattoppare il salvabile, mentre tutto il resto è stato lasciato nello stesso stato. La pulizia è assolutamente inadeguata. Anche la ristorazione è mediocre, con un menu monotono e ripetitivo sia a pranzo che a cena. Nonostante i numerosi solleciti, la direzione ha rifiutato qualsiasi tipo di rimborso o sconto e ha ignora le richieste. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è pessimo. Carissimo per il livello offerto. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata, da evitare.

La isla bonita
Pros:

la struttura bella, le camere non molto grandi ma moderne e pulite.
Buono nel complesso il ristorante, con molta varietà ma non sempre di qualità

Cons:

migliorabile la zona piscina, troppo piccola e le sdraio sempre occupate dai teli bagno
Il presonale del front office non parla una parola di italiano, considerato che gli italiani sono la maggio parte dei turisti sull' isola, uno sforzo potrebbero farlo.
