Het personeel is erg onbeschoft. We hadden een vraag over onze boeking, omdat wij expliciet een kamer met één tweepersoonsbed hadden geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we echter een kamer met twee losse bedden. Op onze boekingsbevestiging stond duidelijk vermeld dat we een tweepersoonsbed hadden geboekt.

De receptionist wilde direct in discussie gaan en bleef volhouden dat wij dit niet hadden geboekt. Zelfs nadat wij onze boekingsbevestiging als bewijs lieten zien, bleef hij ons met een ongekende arrogante houding te woord staan. Hij wilde niet eens eerst onze gegevens controleren en gaf vanaf het begin aan dat een tweepersoonsbed slechts een ‘verzoek’ zou zijn, terwijl dit simpelweg onderdeel was van onze boeking.

Omdat de manier waarop we werden behandeld onacceptabel was, hebben we gevraagd om een gesprek met de manager. Als compensatie werd ons een lunch aangeboden. Dat vonden wij totaal niet passend. Mijn partner is 1,86 meter lang en lag door de twee losse bedden steeds tussen de matrassen wanneer hij zich omdraaide. Het ging ons niet om een gratis lunch, maar om een goede nachtrust en respectvolle behandeling.

De manager gaf aan dat er mogelijk een topper geregeld kon worden, maar na twee dagen hadden we daar nog steeds niets over gehoord. Er werd dus niets met onze klacht gedaan.

Daarnaast viel ook het eten erg tegen. Het was flauw van smaak en ondanks dat we een week verbleven, hebben we uiteindelijk slechts twee keer in het hotel gegeten. Voor de prijs die je betaalt, mag je echt veel meer verwachten.

Tot slot waren de kamers ontzettend klein, terwijl deze als ‘deluxe kamers’ worden aangeboden. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Wij zullen hier niet meer terugkomen en kunnen dit hotel helaas niet aanbevelen.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera inesistente e considerando che ho due bambine piccole,l’igiene è fondamentale.Ho segnalato che il cambio asciugamani è stato fatto una volta su 4 giorni e la camera che avrebbero dovuto pulire tutti i giorni,non è stata mai pulita nonostante mio richiamo in reception!il bagno era fatiscente!

Buen hotel pero a mejorar el parking
Pros:

El hotel muy lindo, la primer noche como llegamos tarde nos dejaron en la habitación unos sándwiches y fruta

Cons:

No cuenta con parking, para reclamar es que el hotel no cuenta con un parking propio, tienes que pagarlo por los días que quieras, en la web indica que si te bajas la aplicación el coste de la estadía de la cochera es más economico. El tema es que en la recepción nos indicaron que ya no estaba vigente y que debía pagar un valor más alto

Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas desde la habitación

Cons:

Poca limpieza en la habitación, habitación con hormigas. La piscina mancha de color amarillo los bañadores y no se quita.
La comida no es muy variada pero está bien y el personal es muy atento. Las piscinas y las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño

Izuzetno lijep hotel, na savršenom mjestu. Idealan za porodice sa manjom djecom, puno sadržaja , odličan doručak i večera. Sve u svemu za svakog ima po nešto. Divno osoblje.

Pros:

Teníamos una de las habitaciones de lujo. Las vistas eran fantásticas.

Cons:

El trato por parte del personal, la comida bastante industrial y fruta podrida, la limpieza debería mejorar.

War ok.
Pros:

Schöner Blick auf das Meer. Essen war gut.

Cons:

Fahrstuhl ausgefallen, kein Warmwasser an einem Tag gehabt, kein Strom in der Nacht weshalb die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte
Hotel hat auf Beschwerde keine Kulanz gezeigt.
