First Time In Ibiza
Pros:

The staff, for the most part, are decent and friendly. There's also a delightful restaurant on a nearby beach, Cala Nova. My children liked the sprite and coke taps.
The pool area is cleaned each day but it looks disgusting by afternoon. Bottles, cups and rubbish all over the place. (There's a mixture of guests. Some respectful and polite and there are others that don't understand or care they are in a shared space.)
The television worked as did the air-conditioning. The rooms would benefit from having a coffee machine, especially as half the coffee machines -alas the ones that used fresh coffee beans- weren't working at breakfast.
The food quantity is good but the quality is the big issue with the exception of the pineapple and watermelon, which were delicious.

Cons:

There's something insulting and cynical in the way this hotel claims four stars. Its biggest success is how many people it crams into the space, while not providing enough, deck chairs and tables, whilst serving highly processed food on shabby and worn furniture. If your idea of breakfast is sausages and overcooked bacon this is the place for you. Dinner is bland and the salad bar consists of colourful decoration from a can. If unlimited, cheap alcohol is your chief concern, then you won't be disappointed at Hotel Leonardo, beer and wine are on tap.

The rooms itself is clean(ish) but worn, and the pillows and beds are old. The bathroom is worn and a bit grubby and the tub I'm my room was rusty.

I won't return and will always feel somewhat cheated by the experience. It baffles me how positive the other reviews are. Perhaps the other guests are not well travelled, perhaps the reviews are fake, or, given the shoddy and intermittent Internet access at hotel Leonardo, perhaps the guests just gave up trying to post their reviews. When I spoke to Gaby at reception she was most unhelpful about the Internet request even after explaining i needed to take a work call. All in all, Hotel Leonardo is a disappointing hotel.

Muito bom, iremos regressar
Pros:

Os funcionários foram super simpáticos e atenciosos, estavam sempre disponíveis. A localização e a relação qualidade/preço é excelente. A alimentação é boa e com bastante variedade.

Cons:

Pessoalmente não gostamos de ter camas individuais. Mesmo assim eram confortáveis
