Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Zimmer mit den schönen alten Decken.
Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 30 Minuten am Rathaus.Ein tolles kleines Hotel , wir kommen wieder.

Schönes Zimmer an toller ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage an der Aussenalster und trotzdem sehr nah am Zentrum. Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer, super Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die kleine Dusche und der Absatz ist sehr hoch. Für ältere Personen nicht geeignet.

Cons:

Kein freundliches Personal beim Empfang, am nächsten Tag deutl. besser. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen nur durchschnittlich bequem und in den Badezimmern geplatzte Fliesen etc. , hellhörige Türen, Frühstück wie auf dem Rummelplatz. Alles nicht schlimm, aber Preis / Leistung ist schon sportlich.

Cons:

Leute, laßt euch nicht von den schicken Fotos täuschen. Ich habe Folgendes erlebt:
-In meinem „Standard- Doppelzimmer“ gab es -keine - Gardinen ! Die Bewohner im Stockwerk über uns (90-Grad- Winkel) konnten uns genau ins Doppelbett sehen.
-In ca. 1,50 m- Abstand vom Kopfende des Bettes stand ein Mülleimer/Papierkorb.
-der Bettabstand an der Fensterseite zur Wand betrug ca. 60 cm, mit der Folge, dass bei geöffnetem Fenster die Fensterläden ins Bett ragten !
Es gab keine Klimaanlage, das heißt, im Sommer muß man mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.
-der Kofferbock stand zusammen geklappt zwischen Wand und Schrank. Wenn man den Kofferbock aufgestellt hatte, konnte man entweder nicht in das Badezimmer oder nicht an den Schrank bzw. ins Bett.
-der Wege- u. Rettungsplan hing genau über dem Keycard-Holder/ RFID-Wandhalter, d.h. jedes Mal, wenn man das Zimmer verlassen hat, kam man automatisch gegen den Bilderrahmen mit dem Rettungsplan.
-die Krönung: das Kopfende des Bettes liegt genau an der Wandseite eines Bades. Das ist besonders erquickend, wenn man gegen 01.00 Uhr nachts die Duschgeräusche und jedes Wort (!)
der anderen Gäste hören darf.
Bei den Gesprächen mit der Rezeption wurde wie folgt reagiert: 1. Tag: ich kann ein anderes Zimmer gegen Aufpreis erhalten ! Am Abreisetag: für die mangelnde Schlafqualität kann ich eine Flasche Sekt als Entschädigung erhalten. Das geht gar nicht in einem Hotel auf diesem Niveau ! Das habe ich abgelehnt.

Ich habe für drei Nächte für zwei Personen mit Frühstück = 808 Euro bezahlt.
Ich finde das Geld kann man besser anlegen.

Großes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Weiche Eier zum Frühstück waren ganz weich. Harte Eier wären auch als weich durchgegangen, waren dann aber kalt.
Abendliche Ruhe durch die Bewohner über unserem Zimmer teilweise arg gestört.

Amazing stay in Hamburg

We had an amazing stay. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view facing the lake.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Felechia from Nigeria and the Romanian lady at the restaurant — they made us feel completely at home. We are also very grateful to the receptionist who helped us carry our bags on the first night when the lift was under maintenance (it was repaired the following day).
Breakfast was very good as well. Overall, a wonderful experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. This would make a stay quite difficult during heat waves. Fortunately, we arrived right after a heat wave had passed, so it did not affect us.

Schönes Hote mit Ambiente direkt an der Außenalster, gute Verkehrsanbindung, hochwertiges Frühstück
Pros:

Wir hatten einen toller Blick auf die Außenalster von unserem großen Balkon, nur die viel befahrene Straße darunter hat etwas gestört. Das Zimmer war groß und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem, das Badezimmer groß und modern. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Bushaltestelle mit sehr guten Verbindungen in kurzen Abständen.
Das Frühstück war von gehobener Qualität, vielfältig und geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Viel befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Hotel, unter dem schönen großen Balkon. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage.
