Tolles Hotel, gutes Frühstück, angenehmes Personal. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon. Sehr zu empfehlen

I stayed in six different hotels traveling throughout Italy - thos one was the worst!
Pros:

* Balcony - loved it - watched a fireworks show from it
* plenty of outlets

Cons:

Floors in room were filthy, shower door did not close - water went everywhere, caulking in bathroom dusgusting to look at, rugs in hallways and elevator - disgusting.

Excellent city break
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, nice outside terrace for evening drinks and breakfast. Good size room, metro and train station 5 minutes away. Easy to get to the local attractions.

Pros:

ルーフトップバーでのフリードリンクが付いていた。
駅前の喧騒はあるものの、スタッフの対応は丁寧で、館内も非常に綺麗。
部屋に関しては、広々としたバスタブが付いていてリラックスできた。

Pros:

Para mim era melhor ficar em um hotel perto da estação de trem. Nesse caso ele foi perfeito, já que está a apenas um quarteirão tanto da estação de trem, qto de uma estação de metrô. Quarto novo, café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Nao sei se era a localização do meu quarto, mas a noite fazia muito barulho durante a noite! Até caminhão de lixo pegando o lixo e triturando vidro teve de madrugada. Não dormi bem.

Amazing room, disappointing rooftop restaurant
Pros:

The room was amazing, spacious and the bathroom was excellent.

Cons:

The modern stylish hotel was not matched by the cold, unfriendly staff.
Our experience in the rooftop restaurant at dinner was regretful. The staff were projecting their stress and frustration onto us. Clearly customer satisfaction was not top priority over profit as they were overbooked for the evening for the lack of staff/inexperience. We had to ask for water at the table after our starters had arrived. When I asked about the red wine by the glass selection, what they were serving, I was met by the response "I'll bring you some red wine" which was unceremoniously dumped shortly after. We were made to feel more like a burden / ignored through the evening. The starters were oversized, serving a whole mozzarella for 1 person is excessive. Then with the mains we got (chefs veg of the day) 4 baby potatoes and no garnish which seems out of proportion after the size of the starter. The grilled bavette steak was undercooked and chewy so I only ate half of that. It was a very tasty piece of meat so it was a shame I couldn't eat it. We decided to skip dessert as the atmosphere was increasingly uncomfortable. People were asked to queue to pay and there were 12 customers waiting at the time we wanted to leave.
We both have worked in top restaurants as chefs for 17 years so know exactly what was happening and did not appreciate our only holiday together of the year ending in a meal like this. Customer satisfaction should be no.1, never forget this.
