Le petit-déjeuner copieux, accueillant et dans un cadre magnifique pour bien démarrer la journée.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse de l'hôtel. Le personnel attentif et accueillant. L'emplacement central des transports. La chambre spacieuse. L'apéritif en fin d'après-midi sur la terrasse de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Obsługa bardzo pomocna i przyjazna. Śniadanie znakomite, pyszne świeże produkty i owoce, pieczywo palce lizać i miód w plastrze prosto z ula !!! Widok na balkonie 6 piętra na miasto i okolice. Opcja zostawienia bagaży nawet po zakończeniu pobytu na kilka godzin. Cisza w pokoju mimo hałasu miasta!

Pros:

Très bon hôtel mais la grande surprise vient du Roof Top . Petit déjeuner avec la brise marine et en soirée le restaurant brillamment mené par Fransesco et Luis nous a régalé pour un rapport qualité prix très performant. Une belle adresse à Naples

Quelques chaînes françaises de TV serait un plus avec une petite affichette pour les trouver

Pros:

A beautiful spacious room with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and on finding out it was my birthday that night gave complimentary drinks vouchers for the restaurant. We had a really special meal at the rooftop restaurant.

Weekend trip to Naples
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent spot to adventure around the city and explore. The chaos that is the charm of Naples is shut out when you enter the hotel, very calm and quiet. The rooms are excellent - we had a suite with 3 balconies so definitely recommend that option! The facilities offered everything we needed and the friendliness of all the staff went above what we expected! There were so many to mention but a special shout out to Salvotore Uine (hopefully I spelt that right!) You are all an asset to your hotel and thank you for making a wonderful short trip so memorable!

Not a nice location but reasonable hotel
Pros:

Quite a nice hotel close to the Station.

Cons:

Indifferent staff, awful sound proofing - this is an exceedingly busy and loud (dirty and unsafe) area so I would have expected more effort on a refurbished building to sound proof the rooms. If you like a return to medieval times each evening with dodging human faeces, the wonderful smell of stale urine and beggars outside the hotel then this is the place for you. To be fair it seemed to be not too bad in a morning but felt a very unsafe and unpleasant area after late afternoon onwards.

Friendly staff clean and comfy room great breakfast and wonderful roof top terrace.
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the room exceptionally clean.
Breakfast was great and the roof terrace had a great view and great service.

Cons:

The area surrounding the hotel was full of rough sleepers so we didn’t feel we could wander back after dark. We came back earlier so we missed out a little on Naples buzzing night time.
