UNA hotels great breakfast staff
Pros:

Our second stay at this hotel - the rooms are clean and comfortable as are the beds. The breakfast in the roof top terrace is the highlight however with its sweeping panoramic views of the city and the wonderful waiting staff who are always friendly and attentive. The food’s not bad either! :)

Een prima hotel op een zeer centraal gelegen plaats.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Je kunt ontbijten op het dakterras met een fraai uitzicht over de stad. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen tegenover het treinstation wat heel handig is voor uitstapjes naar Pompeii etc.

Cons:

De chaos op het Piazza Garibaldi. Auto’s en scooters die pas stoppen (of om je heen rijden) als je al op een zebrapad staat. Daar moet je even aan wennen.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Naples. The A/C in my room was not strong enough and was actually leaking onto my bag. But the most serious issue was the bathroom.

The bathtub/shower was extremely high, and I am 6 feet tall. There was no anti-slip coating or mat on the tub surface, and the shower only had a half-glass door that moved. When I stepped into the tub, the glass door swung open, I lost my footing, and I slipped and fell hard onto my shoulder and back.

I am now in significant pain and can barely lift my arm.

I immediately reported the accident to the front desk. Their response was extremely disappointing. They did not offer an apology or even proactively offer an ice pack—I had to ask for one myself. When I checked out, I asked for a refund for my stay, but was told the manager was not there and that I should send an email.

I did exactly that. The hotel eventually responded that they had done nothing wrong and refused to refund even my one-night stay.

Regardless of how they choose to characterize the incident, a bathtub that is difficult to enter, has no anti-slip protection, and has a moving half-glass door is a serious safety concern. What was even more upsetting was the hotel’s lack of concern after I was injured.

I strongly recommend that people think twice before staying here. In my opinion, the bathroom presents a serious safety hazard, and the way the hotel handled my injury and complaint was completely unacceptable.

Отель чистый, номера приятные. Хороший ресторан на крыше с прекрасным видом.

Cons:

Локация отеля. Один из самых грязных и криминальных районов около вокзала . Отсутсвие своей парковки. С жены сдернули цепочку с шеи прямо у отеля. Мигранты разворачивают свою торговлю прямо под окнами отеля , оставляя за собой жуткую грязь.

Gorgeous Central Naples Hotel w/ Views of Vesuvius
Pros:

Second time staying here. We love UNA Hotel - Naples so much. Right across from Centrale Station. You can walk or grab a train anywhere. It's safe at night. Property is so well maintained and staff are wonderful. They take pride in running this hotel. Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop restaurant is a dream, views of Vesuvius as you enjoy food and drink. I hope I'm lucky enough to visit here again. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
