L’accueil par le vigile était déplorable ( aucune aide pour nous permettre de déposer nos valises.

Nice location for a trip to Amalfi, Capri and Pompei
Pros:

Very good location for public transport (railway station, touristic buses etc) and good view to Vesuvius and main street to the city center. The breakfast was very good

I love Italy but will never stay in Naples again.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast

Cons:

The location is right by the train station and there were many homeless just in front of the hotel.
As two women traveling alone we did not feel safe walking around the area.
My daughters phone was taken put of her pocket a block away from the hotel.

Great hotel , not a great city
Pros:

The hotel is a really good hotel with nice rooms and a lovely restaurant and rooftop bar. As a short 1 night layover it’s perfect and so close to the rail station .

Cons:

It’s in Naples . Such a shame that the city felt unsafe and was so dirty. Grateful the hotel was so nice as we stayed there for 95% of our time and it was made pleasant by the excellent team .

Für den Sightseeing Zweck geeignet, aber nicht unbedingt ein Wohlfühlhotel.
Pros:

Lage zentral bei Garibald gut geeignet, wenn man Ausflüge mit der Bahn macht. Genug Platz in dem Executive Zimmer. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über Neapel. Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Zimmereinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Kein schönes Umfeld des Hotels (Obdachlose, Bürgersteigmarkt). Personal professionell, aber nicht freundlich. Etwas stark verwinkelt. Macht von aussen mehr her als von innen.
