For bookings of 5 bedrooms or more or stays of 5 nights and more you will be required to pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of making your reservation and full payment is required 28 days in advance of arrival, this is nonrefundable.

Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

Whilst I understand the need for a buffet breakfast it was disappointing not to have a freshly made pot of tea or coffee instead of using a machine. Also on a two night stay there was no cleaning of the room for the second night and no replenishment of the coffee and tea in room. Staff were ambivalent to my questioning this.

Not as good as it used to be.
Pros:

The location is always amazing and easy to get parking and is comfortable.

Cons:

It was a late check in and early check out and staff were unhelpful when asking for some flexibility. Breakfast hall has lost its charm and priority by the hotel is given to centering for large bus groups and not individual visitors.

Pros:

Di questo soggiorno ho apprezzato la posizione, la struttura storica e caratteristica, gli spazi grandi, il giardino curato e la bellissima sala della colazione. Lo staff è sempre stato cortese e disponibile e la camera mi ha stupido per la sua dimensione e i doppi servizi. Buona anche la pulizia. Consigliato.

Opposite the station, in the High Street so great for shops, and centrally placed, lovely gardens to sit out in. Well equipped bedrooms.

Cons:

The bathrooms were really small and the shower hard to work. My room was miles from the entrance and the lift was only to the first floor. I then had a couple of long corridors and three sets of steps to haul the suitcase up.
