Got upgraded room .Buffet breakfast ideal as pick what suits
Ok
Location was great
Grumpy bar guy and dated rooms
Very central Pitlochry location, restaurants and pubs nearby, heart of Scotland, great staff, comfortable, clean, warm rooms, good breakfast, well stocked bar, good car park, pleasant grounds.
Nothing, really. Clearly a long-established hotel that is well maintained but not state of the art. Some reviews say it’s ‘tired’: it’s not a brand spanking new boutique hotel but for the price I paid I’m more than happy. I thought it had a certain charm.
It was a decent location
1 elevator, which only went to the 1st floor, then there was a bit of a maze with steps and fire doors to get to the stairs. Up 2 flights of stairs & an extra 3 steps. Room ok except mold on bathroom ceiling and around the window. Window did not close. The weather got windy wet & and cold, which blew open the window we were not able to close. We ended up with colds that lasted the rest of our trip. Was glad this was only a 2 night stay.
Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Breakfast was buffet but amazing. Will definitely go back.
Great location in the centre of town, big hotel with a bar onsite
The room was a little small for paying for delux
The hotel is nice enough but a little dated
Lovely stay. Beautiful comfortable classic hotel in a beautiful town. It was right through a gate to a lovely garden. Trains departing in the morning were quiet.
Lack of stairs but it was understandable in an old building.
Location, private parking, lovely garden view
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk; heerlijke whiskey gedronken als welkomstdrankje. Ontbijt was prima en de locatie van het hotel was lekker centraal.
Niks!
De ligging in Pitlochry is voortreffelijk. Oude grandeur met z’n voor- en nadelen.
De kamer was eigenlijk te klein, we konden onze koffer niet goed kwijt. De koffie bij het ontbijt ronduit slecht
Lovely property very central
Property fantastic
The welcome drink was a nice touch, the room was lovely and spacious, comfortable bed and breakfast was excellent. Selection of coffees in the room, also a great touch.
If there was anything to improve i would suggest more frequent routine to kill/remove the black mould around the bath tiles
