Unbeatable location. Wonderful staff. Every one. Despite we had the basic room without lake view it was absolutely ok. Small but supercomfy bed, great shower, good pillows and also small balcony. Clean and feeling new. Two restaurants. One is bistro, relaxed with good food and drinks. Other is "fine dinning" style restaurant with amazing view, excellent yet relaxed service and interesting twist of italian cusine. The breakfast was also nice. Parking for reasonable 25€ in nearby private garage. It is family run small hotel and I love the way they improve every year something. Excellent value for money escecially if you have room with view.

L'emplacement est parfait sur la place centrale.
Le gérant est très sympathique et prévenant. Les autres membres du personnel sont également tres souriants et sympathiques.
Le lit était bien confortable et la salle de bains grande.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel Arturo était très bien. La nourriture était bonne et les prix raisonnables.
La vue de la salle du petitdéjeuner est top.
Dommage nous n'avons pas pu accéder au spa car il était limité à 6 personnes et déjà occupé.
Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant Gioya car il était privatisé.
La chambre était sombre et donnait sur la salle de restaurant de l'hôtel voisin.
Petit probleme de pression d'eau (augmente et diminue régulièrement).
Tudo maravilhoso! Quarto confortável, funcionários simpáticos (em especial a Chiara que nos atende em português). Vista impressionante para o lago, café da manhã excepcional com produtos frescos e de qualidade. O restaurante Arturo, no térreo é maravilhoso! Sem dúvidas, o hotel e o restaurante foram o ponto alto de nossa viagem.
Breakfast was wonderful! It was in the perfect location and it was our best stay in Italy!
