The location is right in the heart of the cafe and shopping area. Steps from the ferry and the famous Salita Serbelloni, a steep, postcard-perfect cobblestone stairway lined with charming historic buildings, flowers, boutiques, and cafes.
Chaira welcomed us warmly and assisted us to our rooms. Everyone is welcoming and gracious. Judy, the manager of the breakfast room is wonderful! The breakfast has so many great choices with locally handmade pastries, apple cake, etc. lots of protein options as well - don’t miss this view of the lake! The room had everything we need including comfy spa robes and slippers. Plush towels and amenities. We used the spa facilities and relaxed during a late afternoon before preparing for dinner.

Great boutique style hotel.. room was renovated decent size with small balcony facing side street.. room was very clean and quiet.. we got a little upgrade.. very comfortable beds.. breakfast was included and very good variety with amazing views of lake Como.

The staff were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. It was conveniently located near the boat pier, and the sunset view from the fifth-floor restaurant was beautiful.
cafe da manha muito bom, tem um bar no hotel que o atendimento foi péssimo e tentaram me enganar com um drink de baixa qualidade dos produtos, e o estacionamento que nao fica no hotel, mas tranquilo. como estava chovendo dificultou um pouquinho.

Excellent location! The room & bathroom were a good size and very clean. Came will all the amenties needed for a comfortable stay. Had a great rooftop bar with an amazing view. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, meats, yogurts. Highly recommend.
Quarto amplio, claro, banheiro ótimo, mas o mais lindo é a vista deslumbrante do lago.

Localização, limpeza, café da manhã e atenção do staff, em particular da Chiara, que foi realmente muito atenciosa conosco. Apesar de caro para o que oferece, considero uma excelente opção para quem deseja conhecer o lindo Lago de Como e suas vilas encantadoras.

I had a rental car and had to drive down a pedestrian road to get to the hotel
first of all it is the best hotel that I stayed in the location was fabulous and not far from anything it is from the ferry or the boat station the restaurant of the hotel so good the people are so good to the stuff very very kind the room was really clean and big enough I like it so much
As it happened, there was a wedding on the night we stayed there, and there was a lot of noise until midnight. It was a bit bothersome for us because the wedding was taking place right below the hotel, so we couldn't sleep well.But apart from this hotel, it was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it.
