The location couldnt have been better. It’s right at the ferry and in the heart of everything. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Tout était parfait,
En premier je dirais le personnel très professionnel notamment le personnel de l’accueil qui a fait en sorte que nous puissions avoir notre chambre avant l’heure prévu par l’hôtel et cela sans supplément.
La chambre était très jolie et bien équipée, salle de bain avec une grande douche, des produits d’accueil, lit très confortable et tout cela malgré une proximité très proche avec l’hôtel situé derrière ( plus de chambre disponible avec vue sur le lac lors de notre réservation de dernière minute)
Le petit déjeuner est super, peu copieux mais avec de bons produits, un service raffiné et une vue sur le lac au petit matin (magique)
Le bistrot Arturo, est tout simplement l’endroit où il faut être à Bellagio, face a l’embarcadère, disposant de plusieurs rangées de jolies table en marbre sous une arcade couverte ou certain soir vous aurez le plaisir de profiter d’un concert live par une très talentueuse chanteuse (ça été le cas pour nous)
Puis le clos du spectacle, un magnifique SPA rénové il y a peu, d’un raffinement rare et d’une élégance à l’italienne qui ne laisse personne indifférent, un somptueux mélange de bois sombre et de pierre aux tons beige marbré. Une ode à la détente et à la relaxation après avoir arpenté les ruelles escarpés de la ville toute la journée
J’ai beaucoup voyagé et souvent dans des hôtels 4 voir 5 étoiles et j’avoue ne pas comprendre comment ce bijoux ne puisse en posséder que 3

Si vous passez à Bellagio arrêtez vous a l’hôtel du Lac sans hésité
Mes cher amis italiens, vous êtes excellent dans beaucoup de domaines, mais le beurre n’en fait pas parti 🫣 par pitié, la France et à quelques KM alors faite venir du bon beurre français car la c’est une catastrophe 🤣🤣🤣

Nous ne savons pas, nous n'avons pas trouvé d'inconvénient. Si tous les hôtels étaient aussi bien gérés ! Hotel très propre et agréable

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety. What truly made our stay special was the staff—everyone from the reception team and the breakfast waitresses to the cleaning ladies were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
