Fantastic location and the room was great
Unfortunatly we had a bad experience where a personal item was accidentally left in the room and the cleaning staff threw it out, even though it was obviously not rubbish. I would have expected them to notify managment and then contact us to confirm if we wanted the item.
Location was ideal just off the main street plenty of good restaurants and shops waterfront only metres away

Location was perfect, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and retail stores. Hotel room was very clean and soundproofed. Beds were very comfy too
Room was great, in a great location. Good coffee right next to the hotel (but closed Sunday morning, "little grump" on corner of Featherston St).
Parking is inconvenient. The hotel has a few spots in a parking facility right in front of the hotel, but getting in and out is such a hassle that it doesn't make you want to move the car during the stay. It's on the 6th floor of parking structure and you need to manoeuvre though very narrow ramps. It's takes about 10 minutes to get in or out (unless you are driving a a very compact small car. It is also expensive 40 NZD/day (but this is to be expected for the location). If you arrive after 6pm in the evening, save on parking - try street parking. It's a 2 hour zone, but free after 8pm (until 8pm). I arrived after 8pm, so I only needed to pay the meter from 8am to 10am in the morning. The meters won't let you pre-pay the first two morning hours the night before, but in the app, you can prepay the first two morning hours.
Location was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful and even let us check in early.
Handled the fire alarm going off professionally and calmly.
Took four working days to get $150.00 bond back after All Blacks test match being on that weekend,
Quest on Johnston is perfectly located in the center of Wellington and next door to the offices we had an appointment with.
Everything a person need to make yourself a meal and good restaurants in the area. Very comfortable bed and super friendly people working there. Thank you !!!!!!!!!

Location was fantastic -- we were heading to the All Black's vs Italy game, so it was an easy walk for us to reach the stadium.
The headboard had stains on it, and the bathroom didn't feel entirely clean.
