Overall it was a good experience and comfortable stay.
They inform the guest to dial 0 for any assistance. Unfortunately on both the occasions, I used this facility, no one picked up the call which was quite unfortunate.
The hotel was very welcoming and gave a very strong first impression with a warm welcome. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Facilities were very good. The restaurant was very nice with a good selection of food and prepared to a high standard. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and was a good base from which to travel around the city if required. The lounge on the 10th floor was very nice providing a good seating area from which to work if necessary or simply to relax and take-in the views over the city.
On the Saturday night of my stay, the room close to the reception had some kind of event or party going on and the noise made it very difficult to hear what the staff were saying if you had need to approach the reception desk for assistance. Having said that the party/event finished close to midnight and all fell silent.
