Beds were compfy, breakfast was fantastic
Staff were lovely
The carpet in the bedroom was pretty grubby. The place is a bit tired and could do with freshening up that said for the price it was very good value for money and we would definitely stay there again! View of the cobbler was amazing!
the two twin beds room was pretty big, the beds were comfortable, and the restroom was good. there also was an elevator to the rooms, and parking available.
the double bed room was pretty small, and the door hit the wall in such a way that it made it hard to get inside. the views from that room were also not great, looking into the loading zone and deposit of the hotel, which was not exactly cared for.
Nice vibe. Helpful staff.
I think some areas of the building have seen better days. Fried eggs would be good for the breakfast buffet (just scrambled at present).
Lovely location and views from the front rooms
Breakfast was very good with a great choice
Dinner wasn't so good, didn't have much flavour but was ok.
We had lots of issues with our room, lady on reception was lovely and gave us the manager's email address, we have had no reply, not even an acknowledgement which is poor.
Location, staff, breakfast
Location is excellent. Quite near Loch Lomand Luss area. Views are exceptional. Enough parking spots. Nothing really to complain for the property for the rates.
I booked 2 rooms. No issues with the other room, but the room I stayed in had an extreamly squeaky floor and so is floor for the room above me. This room should never be booked for guests, untill this issue is resolved. Hardly slept for the night. Every vendor, knows their product.. and so is the hotel's staff about the problems of each and every room. I wondered why was this allocated at at the first place.
Lovely traditional style of hotel, with fantastic views over Long Loch and mountains. Friendly staff and nice social reception area. Loved it!
Staff especially reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, staff in restaurant very helpful and great service thanks
I was soaked (not hotels fault)
Staff were nice
Dated, not cleaned very well
Great location, onsite car parking. We only stayed overnight but the scenery is great, close to some cafes. The restaurant has some good food if you want to eat in.
Good sized room, comfy bed
Tired decor
Great location with wonderful views from the hotel lounge, dining room and loch facing bedrooms. We requested a ground floor room with walk in shower to cater for my wife's disability, we managed in the room provided but found the shower to be be too small. We would stay again but only if room No1 is available which has a wet room and also benefits from being loch facing. We had evening meals at the hotel which were good, we also had breakfasts, although not being fans of buffet style we found the breakfasts to be very good. Dining room service was very good on both dinner and breakfast.
The weather was pretty awful during our stay which of course the hotel has no control over.
the dinner and breakfast were very good
the singer on saturday was quite loud, and there didnt seem to be anywhere quieter to sit
