Pros:

The location is great for walking everywhere within the walls. Driving to the hotel with a car very definately not for the faint hearted.
the concierge was very helpful in organising a parking space everytime I came back for work meetings.

Cons:

A little disapointed with the resteraunt, it was just not quite as good as we hoped.

A very good boutique hotel, well situated, in lovely Lucca.
Pros:

Location was excellent and very quiet, Breakfast very good; also adjoining restaurant (Osteria antica) - with good selection of food for dinner with fair prices but chaotic service. My suite had two roof terraces with lovely views, but unfortunately weather was not good enough to enjoy sitting out.

Cons:

The room was very well appointed; but contrary to information not hypoallergenic since there was a container with scented joss sticks on one table (I handed it to reception). Bizarrely there were no facial tissues (e.g. kleenex) in room or bathroom, a serious omission for an expensive hotel.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Frühstück eigentlich erst ab 08:00 Uhr, vorher unbrauchbar.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück beginnt erst um 07:30. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sind schon recht viele Leute da. Aber es gab kein Brot (!!!), ebenfalls blieb die Schüssel für das Rührei (angeschrieben) leer! Die Dame die den Kaffee bereit stellt war völlig überfordert. Ich habe 15 min auf meinen Capucino gewartet, ebenfalls 15 min bis endlich das Brot auf dem Buffet erschien. Da nützt auch das freundliche Personal nichts. Das versprochene Rührei habe ich auch nach 30 min. noch nicht gesehen. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse geht das gar nicht!

Fantastic!!!
Pros:

Beautiful room with really comfy bed and fab view of the street and then a cute little courtyard from the bathroom, what a wonderful town Lucca is, gorgeous eateries and things to see and do. The hotel staff were lovely and very pleasant. We will return and stay here for sure. Thanks to all. 💕🩷💕
