Breakfast staff very obliging with our request to take away, location was very impressive with the VIVID show for added enjoyment. Room was comfortable without any complaints.

Cons:

No complementary water offered in the fridge on arrival, no fruit salad offered at breakfast.

Ein tolles Hotel. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht der Qualität

Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Harbour Bridge war toll. Der Service insbesondere beim Valet-Parking war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht der Klasse des Hotel. Es gibt kein Buffet, sondern nur eine Menükarte mit merkwürdig zusammengestellten Gerichten. Nach ein paar Tagen macht das Frühstück keinen Spaß mehr, weil man nichts Schönes mehr in der Karte findet. Neben dem bestellten Hauptgericht gab es noch Croissants und Gebäck. An den letzten beiden Tagen gab es dann nur noch Croissants. Butter bekam man aber nur ein bestimmten Hauptgerichten dabei, so dass man die Croissants trocken essen musste.

Pros:

Location, service from the front desk to the wait staff.
It’s always clean and tidy and nothing is an issue with them.

Cons:

Only thing is to have more towels for guest. 3 people with 2 towels only.

This was a pleasant stay in the beautiful city of Sydney, staff were very helpful.
Pros:

The room layout was well planned. The option of harbour or opera house views was useful, but there was no opera house views from the level we were at, level 4.

Cons:

The pool had missing tiles, there was mould on the ceiling, the stair case to the viewing platform is degrading. The spa did not work beside the pool. Fittings in the room like the toilet roll holder were loose.

Busy world left at the door
Pros:

The Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, thank you for the stay, sure it’s close to lots of things which are a draw card, sure we could hear the carnival cruise music from the balcony before they sailed away,

But the stay was effortless, staff that know their job, nothings too hard and everything is attended to, a breakfast with a menu included so no fighting others who seem to thing the buffet breakfast is their free for all last meal ,

The beds was incredibly comfy, the room looked like the photos well cared for and well looked after,

Omi was a stand out for his attentiveness,

Blissful oasis in a busy location where the busyness is left at the door,

The restaurant for breaky...would have loved too see a buffet style as not enough options for breaky and was hard to figure out as no real place to wait to be seated we looked lost waiting...also would love a discount on a second stay in the future as will definitely be back :-)

Hidden luxury and a great spot to explore Syndey from
Pros:

Restaurant Flamina was exceptional, we booked because it was in the hotel and the menu looked good and were very impressed with the service and the quality of food and wine lose far exceeding our expectations. We stayed in a suite overlooking the park and the room was fabulous. Highly recommend and we will be back
