Het uitzicht van de kamer
Het personeel beneden deed erg moeilijk, wij hadden onze paspoorten niet bij ons. Toen wij de werknemer ons eerst geen kamer geven, daarna was een foto van het paspoort ook goed. Toen hebben wij lang gezocht naar de foto en toen was het in eens niet meer nodig. Daarna gaf hij ons de kamer sleutel, wij gingen met al onze spullen naar de 8e verdieping. Toen wij voor de kamer stonden werkte de sleutel niet, toen moesten we weer helemaal maar beneden. De werknemer had de kamersleutels niet goed geactiveerd. Daarna weer terug naar boven, de werknemer deed erg chagrijnig en arrogant tegen ons.

My only complaint was the smell in the shower 🚿 toilet 🚽 area, it was herendous, and my sence of smell isn't great, but seriously 😳 it was my only fault
Everything was very good. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Nice stay in Barcelo!
