Passable for a short stay if you need to be in this area and like a good breakfast!
Pros:

Location, great breakfast and lovely rooftop bar.

Cons:

I had to change from my first room as the bathroom was not clean. The general fixtures and fittings are tired with parts hanging off walls e.g skirting boards, cracked sinks and blind surrounds.

Pros:

Location room size was fantastic we had an interconnecting room the hotel and arranged this without asking we were a family of three booked two rooms

The floors are showing age with the laminate lifting and broken in places

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza fantastica: i ragazzi della reception, gentilissimi, educati e super accoglienti, ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito a una camera deluxe con vista panoramica sul Museo delle arti e delle scienze. Stanza bella, grande e luminosa e pulizia davvero impeccabile. Il servizio quotidiano è eccezionale, con cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e lenzuola, che ho trovato candide e perfette. Nota di merito per i cuscini: nuovi e pulitissimi. Un bagno splendente come mai visto prima in nessun altro hotel.
​Ottima posizione e mezzi pubblici comodissimi, con le fermate situate proprio sotto l'hotel che rendono gli spostamenti semplicissimi.
Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Unica pecca alcuni arredi un po' datati e la combinazione vasca-doccia. Nonostante la pulizia impeccabile della stessa, sarebbe meglio offrire una doccia moderna o permettere agli ospiti di scegliere la preferenza.

Great hotel with good links to the city and beach. Will come again!
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The rooftop bar has some great views. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel which take you into Valencia city in one direction and the beach in the other direction.

Cons:

Water stations on each floor would have been great. We didn’t realise the bottled water was free until the last day of our holiday.
