El desayuno excepcional. Variedad y adaptación a todo tipo de alimentación, buen mantenimiento, limpieza y el personal agradable y atento.
La ubicación del hotel, tanto por la cercanía a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias como por la comunicación con el centro. Sale un autobús desde la misma puerta. Además de aparcar bien por la zona.
Que al levantarnos un día no había agua en la ducha y no avisaron, ni tampoco dieron una estimación de solución. Yo llegaba de hacer deporte en pleno mes de agosto y no pude ducharme. Que pase algo así en un hotel como este es sorprendente.
El gimnasio es extremadamente pequeño y no estaba bien mantenido (no muy limpio, excesivo calor y alguna máquina de cardio no funcionaba). Decepción para un hotel de estas características.
El tránsito de los ascensores. El hotel dispone de un rooftop con acceso a personal no alojado en el hotel y coger el ascensor por las tardes es una aventura. Deberían dejar algún ascensor con prioridad para huéspedes.

parking was tight (which for a modern building doesn’t seem justified)
elevators took ages, only 3 for a big busy hotel is clearly insufficient (and you could see they didn’t move floors when you hit the call button, for some reason).

Het ontbijt was goed en de locatie
Het personeel was onvriendelijk bij het inchecken en bij het ontbijt. In de kamer werkte 2 stopcontacten niet, de toilet deur sloot niet (ook niet na reparatie) en ondanks het neerleggen van de kaart om het bedlinnen te verschonen werd dat niet gedaan.
This hotel is fantastic! It has a great breakfast buffet that can handle many people - almost zero waiting for food or coffee! The rooms are well laid out and the bed is very comfortable. Great A/C (I visited in August). The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The pool is tiny and the opening hours are rather limited. The shower water pressure could be stronger.
