Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground).

Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Price for changing a pool towel:
The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.
Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.
Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Nice place, good staff, they let you stay even if you check out, you can stay around while you wait for airport and use the facilities.

Pros:

La piscina es increíble, que tenga una barra de bar y poder tomarte un coctel dentro de la piscina es un lujo.
Pero sobre todo nos encantó la atención tan cercana y agradable del personal, en especial Alfredo fue un encanto con nosotros, estamos muy agradecidos.

Pros:

Super schönes Hotel, gute Frühstück und der Pool ist echt hammer. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am besten hat uns die ruhige lage gefallen. Man sollte aber ein Mietauto haben.

Cons:

Teilweise nicht mehr ganz das neueste von der Ausstattung her und das Bad war nicht ganz dicht aber nichts wirklich tragisches zu bemängeln.

Personal top - Anlage top - aber die Aussage "in die Jahre gekommen" ist mehr als untertrieben.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Kinder liebten den Kidsclub und die Anlage hätte soviel Potenzial mit Pool, Poolbar, Whirlpool, Minigolfanlage, Spielplatz, Möglichkeiten für Volleyball, Badminton, Poolbillard usw. Die Anlage war sicher einmal extrem lässig und ubser Zimmer rießig.

Cons:

Aber leider ist die komplette Anlage und das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, sehr renovierungsbedürftig und man hat das Gefühl keinen interessiert es, wenn etwas kaputt wird. Und somit bekommt man das Gefühl, alles zerfällt Stück für Stück.

Das Zimmer hat viele Flecken, großteils welche die sich nicht wegwischen lassen, aber ich will wirklich nicht wissen, woher diese kommen... Wir hatten Besuch von Kakerlaken und auf der Matratze waren von den Vorgängern Spuren zu finden. Ob die Matratzen jemals einen Staubsauger gesehen haben, ist eine andere Frage....

Da sind eine Terrassentür, die am Boden schleift, eine Klimaanlage, welche tropft und Ventilatoren, die klingen als würden Traktoren vorbeifahren noch die kleinsten Beschwerden.

Das Frühstück ist ganz ok. Die große Abwechslung gibt es nicht, aber wir gingen wirklich gerne Frühstücken.

Liebes Management - achtet auf euer tolles Personal, denn sonst wäre das Hotel mittlerweile recht wenig wert... :-(

Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

La chambre était spacieuse, avec un balcon très agréable. Le fait de pouvoir fumer à l’extérieur sur le balcon et terrasse était un vrai plus. Il y avait également beaucoup de transats autour de la piscine, donc il était facile de trouver une place.

Le bar dans la piscine est magnifique et apporte vraiment un petit plus à l’hôtel.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’effort du personnel, notamment les hôtesses qui parlent français. Elles ont été très accueillantes, disponibles et nous ont bien conseillés sur les activités et les endroits à découvrir en ville.

Cons:

Le mobilier de la chambre est un peu ancien et parfois légèrement abîmé, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés. En revanche, le lit est vraiment un point à améliorer : le matelas était très inconfortable et nous avons eu mal au dos. Le sommier semblait être simplement composé d’une planche en bois, ce qui n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur d’un hôtel qui se présente comme un 4 étoiles. C’est dommage, car une bonne literie est essentielle pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il était correct, mais nous aurions aimé davantage de choix et surtout plus de variété. Pour un séjour d’une semaine, manger quasiment la même chose tous les jours peut devenir un peu répétitif.
