Important information:

Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground).

Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Price for changing a pool towel:
The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.
Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.
Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Casi Perfecto!!
Pros:

El alojamiento perfecto para aquellas familias que quieren algo más cómodo y práctico que un hotel convencional, pero sin perder los beneficios de un hotel. Me encantó la piscina, el bar dentro de la piscina, el apartamento, el diseño del hotel, el mini golf. Además hacerle una especial mención a los animadores, en concreto a un chico que se preocupaba por entretener a los huéspedes realizando actividades.

Cons:

Lo único a destacar fue el aire acondicionado de la habitación, nada potente y en la habitación, donde estaba el condensador (máquina interior) hacía mucho ruido, cosa que dijimos en recepción, vinieron los técnicos pero igual siguió sonando.

Todo estuvo súper lo único a resaltar es que no hay aire acondicionado en condiciones y en las zonas comunes no hay suficientemente Luz por las noches o sea está mal iluminado de noche

Superbe séjour dans un cadre idéal !
Pros:

Le personnel a été particulièrement agréable et a su nous conseiller pour les meilleurs endroits à faire lors de notre séjour.
L’hôtel est très bien situé (si vous disposez d’un véhicule) avec la plage à 5min.
La piscine est magnifique et encore une fois le personnel au mini bar a été adorable avec nous durant notre séjour.
J’ajoute pour finir, que les infrastructures (badminton, billards et circuit de mini golf) nous ont fait passer de belles soirées.
Je recommande à 100% !

Agradable y cómodo para ir en família.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, es la amabilidad del personal en especial de Alejandro, y la zona de la piscina que es espectacular. El hall también muy agradable y cómodo. La zonas comunes en general muy bien. La ubicación buena porque no estás en el bullicio de los Cristianos y con coche puedes moverte muy bien.
Los apartamento de 3 dormitorios son ámplios y las terrazas generosas.

Cons:

El desayuno justito, pero por el precio que se paga cumple su función. El apartamento que yo estube y por el que opino es uno de 3 dormitorios y que le falta un poco de actualización y sobretodo mantenimiento: un agujero en la madera del suelo del baño, una de las bañeras se movia un poco cuando la usabas, un par de luces no funcionaban...
No me gustó la atención que prestaba el socorrista del jacuzzi, que era nula, manteniendo la vista todo el tiempo en el mobil.
