Vicinanza da es pujol, camera molto bella

Cons:

Struttura in parziale ristrutturazione quindi parecchie confusione!
La nostra camera era molto distante dalla reception e dal parcheggio

Formentera est une belle destination, mais complexe hôtelier tout en rénovations et en travaux!!!!

repas et logement parfaits- personnel du restaurant très sympathique

Cons:

Hotel Club Sunway Punta Prima n'est pas un club, il n'y a aucune animation. Les chemins sont en terre caillouteuse (pistes de chantier), car une grande partie du parc est en travaux. Le logement était totalement rénové à l'intérieur mais une catastrophe à l'extérieur (et pas de terrasse correcte), super éloigné du reste du complexe, où n'importe qui de l'extérieur pouvait d'ailleurs y accèder à toutes heures !! Complexe rempli de touristes Italiens qui hurlent et passent leur temps au téléphone à voix haute, partout, au restaurant et à la piscine !!!!

MUITO MAL RECEBIDOS NO CHECK-IN

ESTIVEMOS À ESPERA DE ALOJAMENTO (FIZEMOS RESERVA PARA 6 PESSOAS COM DOIS QUARTOS E 1 SALA E PRETENDIAM COLOCAR-NOS EM 2 QUARTOS COM 2 CAMAS DE CASAL!!!!!). FOI NECESSÁRIO DISCUTIR NA RECEPÇÃO DURANTE 5 HORAS ATÉ RESOLVEREM A SITUAÇÃO; COM ISTO PERDEMOS 1/2 DO DIA DA CHEGADA...O HOTEL ENCONTRA-SE EM GRANDES OBRAS, PELO QUE OS QUARTOS ENCONTRAVAM-SE INACABADOS E AS ÁREAS CIRCUNDANTES, INCLUINDO VARANDAS CHEIAS DE MATERIAL DE OBRAS, PÓ E FIOS PENDURADOS....MUITO MAU!!! O EMPREGADO DA RECEPÇÃO AFIRMAVA PEREMPTORIAMENTE QUE NÃO TINHAM QUARTOS DISPONÍVEIS, TENDO SIDO NECESSÁRIO AMEAÇAR APRESENTAR QUEIXAS....SÓ PERANTE ISTO É QUE RESOLVERAM O ASSUNTO E AFINAL HAVIA ALOJAMENTO PARA TODOS!!!!NUNCA TAL HAVIA ACONTECIDO NOS ANOS ANTERIORES, SENDO QUE É A 3ª VEZ QUE A MINHA FAMÍLIA FAZ FÉRIAS NESTE HOTEL!!!

Recomendable por ubicación, prestaciones en general y zonas comunes.
Pros:

Camas cómodas, las zona comunes, zona del longe bar y las vistas bonitas, buffet bueno tanto desayuno como cenas, incluía la bebida así que fue un punto a favor, la nevera de la habitación podía llegar a congelar, lo que nos vino bien para llevar el agua congelada y nos durará fría

Cons:

Obviamente están de reforma, por lo que teníamos obras delante,aunque no nos molestó especialmente, las habitaciones son horribles, viejas y con desconchones y cortinas rotas, de ahí la reforma que están haciendo, y la hora de cierre de la piscina es demasiado pronto las 19h,una hora más sería perfecto.

Cons:

Il resort in sè sarebbe davvero bello, peccato per la gestione assolutamente fallimentare. Innanzitutto è bene precisare che non si trova ad Es Pujols, ma a qualche km sperduto in mezzo al nulla di strade sterrate , quindi senza un motorino o una macchina non è possibile muoversi da nessuna parte. La nostra stanza era ubicata ad un km circa, da percorrere in discese e salite, sotto un sole cocente con valigie annesse, perché nessuno ti aiuta a trasportarle. Una volta arrivate, ci siamo trovate nel bel mezzo di un cantiere, con polvere e rumori dalle prime ore del mattino. In stanza c’era l’aria condizionata fissa che gelava e non potevi modificare, le tende pesantissime che non si aprivano perché il sistema elettrico era rotto, quindi senza possibilità di aprire le finestre, i fili della corrente che sporgevano dal bagno, nessun posto dove appendere gli asciugamani, la carta igienica per 3 centellinata. Quando abbiamo fatto presente alla reception il disagio ci è stato risposto “il resort è grande”. Per cui, se pensate di rilassarvi in vacanza, questo posto non fa per voi. L’unica cosa che si salva è Marco, il ragazzo che affitta i motorini, che poco credo abbia a che fare con la struttura.

Les habitacions estaven acabades de reformar, però encara no estaven terminades.
Estan reforman al mateix temps amb vonvivencia amb la gent de vacances.

The view from the pool and the pool area are the best things in the property. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful and not flexible at all.
Our room was far away from the lobby, no help is offered to take the luggages. The path is rocky and very difficult to walk, specially at night with heavy bags. No lights or signs. I chose a room (paid more) with a "mountain view", but there is no view.
They were also doing some construction in the property, and there was no information or any type of disclaimer about the inconvenience and noise when we book (or even at the time of the check-in).

Cons:

Le camere andrebbero rinnovate.
Sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione di alcune camere, che forse non avrei fatto in piena stagione estiva.
