Amazing staff in the hotel
Pros:

The staff that works in this hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. i particularly wanted to mentioned two ladies who served me on my arrival. Very helpful, extremely professional and kind. But all the staff was lovely, and helpful.. so definitely a big asset to that place. good location near main station, which maybe is not not the prettiest, but very central to anything really.

Cons:

I would really be grateful for bottle of water in the room. feel like such a simple thing.. but to me is basics that makes a huge difference.

Not worth four stars
Pros:

The hotel has a great location right next to the main train station, so it's easy to get around. Rooms are big which is also nice.

Cons:

For a four star hotel at this price, this was not that great. It's small things, but when you have busy work days, you expect some things to just work. E.g. there was supposed to be bath robes, and kettle/coffee etc in the room according to the booking, and there were not. There were only towel holders under the bathroom table, so the towels would hit the floor, also not ideal, and a little unsanitary.

Disappointed
Cons:

I did my booking with Flemings hotel expecting the facilities offered by this hotel, instead I received a service of a three star hotel in the price of the previous hotel. Though the room was spacious following the pattern of the previous management, it was almost "naked"; not even a small fridge, no coffee maker, slippers etc (as advertised by the time of booking)

Construction work at the rear of the property. I was allocated a room at the rear. Very noisy from 0700 until late afternoon.

Nous avons juste aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel et une chambre spacieuse!

Cons:

Très déçu de cet hôtel!le descriptif sur Booking ne correspondais pas du tout à la réalité😔pas de salle de sport, pas de bouilloire ni de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre comme indiqué dans le descriptif et petit déjeuner très basique donc très décevant😔
Je n'ai recommande absolument pas cet hôtel!!!
