Komfortabel, Zentral, rundum Zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt Zentral mit einer guten Lage zu allen Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, günstiges Parken in der Nähe, unkomplizierter Check-In, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung, Betten Komfortabel, Bügeleisen/-Brett im Zimmer vorhanden, große Dusche, separate Toilette, genügend Ablagefläche im Bad sowie Zimmer gegeben, schöne große Fenster die man öffnen kann und viel Licht reinlassen. Rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Kein Kriterium, aber nur eine Steckdose am Bett vorhanden, die jedoch für die Tischlampe genutzt wird. Wäre praktischer eine zusätzliche Steckdose zur Verfügung zu haben.

Gut aber nicht optimal

Die Lage war super. Es hatte grosse Fenster und ein grosses Lavabo sogar mit Vergrösserungsspiegel.

Cons:

Ich habe gefragt ob sie vor dem Aufenthalt ein Sekt bereitstellen könnten. Die Anfrage wurde entgegengenommen, jedoch nach ein paar Mal hin und her schreiben nicht mehr geantwortet und der Sekt war auch nicht im Zimmer.
Wir mussten fast 3x das Zimmer wechseln nur um dann wieder im eigentlichen Zimmer zu landen wo das Lavabo etwas rünnte. Dies haben wir dann aber nicht gemacht und sind im zweiten Zimmer geblieben, leider ohne Doppelbett.

Pros:

Location was handy, opposite the train station. Staff were prompt to fix a window we couldn't shut. Room was large, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel needs an upgrade. The bathroom basin leaked all over the floor, light switches were in awkward spots, no sockets near bed without taking out bedside light. Ask for a room at the front which we did get, or you will have a massive construction going on right outside. Plus the see through shower screen.

Öncelikle resepsiyonda çalışan Gürcü hanfendiye çok teşekkür ederiz, bizi çok güzel ağırladı. Ek olarak odamızı upgrade etti ve eşsiz deneyim sundu.

Temizlik çok başarılıydı. Oda imkanları yeterliydi.

Ek olarak ana tren terminaline çok yakındı, ulaşım konusunda çok başarılı.

Minibarda ürün bulunmamakta, odadan çıkınca minibar elektriği kesilmekte.
