Sehr sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage.
Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Teppich in den Zimmern. Es war viel zu teuer. Für so viel Geld erwarte ich mehr.

Great location and friendly staff but rooms and bed are tired and refresh

The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The communication before booking about the current state of hotel was not great. For example due to construction the restaurant was closed so no breakfast was available. Also, the room did not have enough curtains that block all light especially the neon lights from across the street. Also the lighting in the room is quite poor (no ceiling light) when trying to get work done in it

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip mit zentraler Anbindung.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage des Hotels direkt am Hbf. Ein Kiosk mit Öffnungszeiten am Abend und Wochenende ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Sehr Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Dusche im Zimmer mit komplett durchsichtiger Glaswand war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier wäre eine partielle Folierung hilfreich, ohne das Badezimmer übermäßig zu verdunkeln.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels vergleichbarer Kategorie relativ überschaubar. Es gab erfreulicherweise eine separate Karte für frische Eierspeisen.

Das Personal…
350€ für 3 Nächte, so ein Zimmer zubekommen wo es extrem laut drin war dank der Straßenbahn Klimaanlage hat bei 37 grad nicht funktioniert!!
Hab nach einer Flasche Wasser gefragt dann hieß es ich soll mir eins kaufen gehen am Bahnhof laut Beschreibung wird mir eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt hmm
Parkplatz stellen sie kein eigenes sondern öffentliches zur Verfügung welches am Empfang vergünstigter bezahlt werden konnte leider hatte man vom hotel bis zum
Parkhaus rausfahren nur 10 min zeit und in dr zeit waren die türen defekt vom Parkhaus deswegen konnte man sich nicht an die 10 min richtig halten
Die nette Dame am Empfang hat uns das nicht geglaubt danke für nichts

Location was great, check-in was fast, super friendly staff.

Cons:

There is a change in ownership happening at the moment which meant the room was not as advertised, it is understandable that it takes time to update everything. The water coming out of the tab was super hot with no warning, the aircon was working with limited capacity (we do have a heat wave).
