Came with friends so we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast good, pool bar good, the room really needs some decorating. The lifts were not good at all. Did not get BBC 1 news even after complaining, yet our friends had that channel. The floor in the bedroom was not very clean as wet mop was never used & floor was sticky.

Cons:

The staff were very good, the food was brilliant. Walking from the pool bar was was really good, & the view was fantastic. We came last year & the rooms were really good so we came again this year but was disappointed in the room.

Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern – unfreundlicher und diskriminierender Umgang

Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen leider überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer entsprach weder den Bildern noch der beschriebenen Aufteilung. Das Bett stand direkt neben der Eingangstür, sodass wir durch Geräusche auf dem Flur ständig geweckt wurden. Auf Nachfrage erklärte uns das Hotel, dass lediglich drei Zimmer der Darstellung auf den Fotos entsprechen und alle anderen Zimmer wie unseres geschnitten seien. Hätte ich das vor der Buchung gewusst, hätte ich mich definitiv für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Auch die Betten waren sehr klapprig und unbequem. Hinzu kam der enttäuschende Umgang mit den Gästen: Besonders ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war uns gegenüber ausgesprochen unfreundlich, während andere Gäste deutlich bevorzugt behandelt wurden.

Noch unangenehmer war eine Situation am Abendbuffet. Ein Mitarbeiter weigerte sich zunächst, meinen indischen Freund zu bedienen, und fragte ihn, ob er aus Pakistan komme. Dieses Verhalten war respektlos und vollkommen unangebracht.

Insgesamt hinterließ das Hotel einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sollten dringend renoviert werden. Noch wichtiger wäre jedoch, die Mitarbeitenden im professionellen, respektvollen und diskriminierungsfreien Umgang mit allen Gästen zu schulen. Unter diesen Umständen können wir das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Très belle expérience
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel. La qualité des infrastructures sont de très très bonne qualité. La piscine est très bien et superbement bien situé en bord de plage.

Cons:

L’hôtel dans son ensemble était exceptionnel le personnel était très gentil et à l’écoute. Le seul point que nous avons aimé un peu moins c’est le restaurant et la cuisine. Nous avons trouvé que ce n’était pas très très varié. Et la qualité des plats n’était pas exceptionnel.
Sinon rien à dire dans l’ensemble, c’était très bien

Pros:

Location..just 5 min from beach and main area. Staff: most of the staff is welcoming, smiling and engaging especially restaurant staff. Food: so much choice and quality is exception. Had one of best paella and grilled fish.

Cons:

The main disappointment was the overall condition and quality of the building and the rooms. I stayed in a deluxe room, but unfortunately it didn’t feel like a four-star standard. There were cracks in the walls, some signs of mould, and the balcony doors were very poor quality and difficult to open. The furniture and overall finish of the room also felt quite dated and low quality. While there were things I enjoyed about my stay, I definitely feel the building and rooms need some renovation and upgrading to truly reflect a four-star hotel.

El desayuno y la cena súper completo y rico

Cons:

La habitación la puerta de la terraza estaba mala nos costó media hora volver a entrar a la habitación, el teléfono no funcionaba, el baño le falta Mantencion a la ducha.

Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése, az étkezések változatosak voltak, az ágy kényelmes, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A deluxe szobából a kilátás nagyon szép volt. A szoba maga tágas és kényelmes volt kettőnknek.

Cons:

Sajnos a csatorna szag éjjelente a fürdőszobában elviselhetetlen volt. Az egész környékre jellemző éjszaka ez a bűz, de ilyen formában nagyon megnehezítette a pihenést. Az ételek változatosak, viszont nem a legízesebbek. Az all inclusive koktélok vizes, palackozottak voltak és a crafted verzióért fizetni kellett.
