Lokacija puiki, viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis, pliažas, parduotuvės, kavinukės.

Nepatiko liftų veikimo sistema, kuri yra visiškas nesusipratimas.

Kambariai tvarkomi kasdien, klojamos lovos ir išvalomas tualetas, tačiau nei vieną dieną nebuvo valomos grindys, net naujai atvykus į kambarį nebuvo valytos grindys, daug smėlio, dulkių ant žemės.

Vonioje didžiulė kanalizacijos smarvė.

Gana prasta sienų garso izoliacija, norisi pailsėti, tačiau itin girdisi triukšmingi kaimynai su vaikais gretimame kambaryje.

Valgykloje maisto pasirinkimas labai didelis, tačiau nemažai pusfabrikačių, daug nesuderinamo tarpusavyje maisto, taip pat nuvylė kokteilių aparatas, nes iš jo bėga paprasti limonadai, nuvylė kad per pietus ir vakare kavos negalima gauti, tik ryte. (All inclusive).

Bendrai, maisto pasirinkimas didelis, tačiau jo kokybė gana prasta. (Personalas labai paslaugus ir malonus).

Unas vistas espectaculares y un trato excelente
Agradecimientos para el equipo de recepción por solvertarnos todas las excursiones y alquiler de vehículos
También queremos dar las gracias al equipo de comedor especialmente a Santi y a Juan Manuel por el trato cercano y  que recibimos.
Sin duda alguna volveremos.

Pros:

Idéalement situé, l hôtel est top! Tout était parfait. De l'accueil, au bar, au restaurant, le personnel est très agréable, efficace et aux petits soins. La nourriture est bonne, les plats variés. Le service de chambre est impeccable. Un grand merci à toute l équipe!! Nous reviendrons et on recommande vivement!

Mooi uitzicht, maar verder geen aanrader

Eind mei verbleven wij een week in de junior suite. Een mooie lange kamer met prachtig balkon en fantastisch uitzicht. Er werd een extra dimensie toegevoegd aan deze ervaring met de aroma’s van een ondergronds gangenstelsel genaamd “het riool”. Deze geursensatie was permanent aanwezig in de kamer.

Ook aan de geluidservaring was gedacht. Dankzij de flinterdunne muren kon je ‘s nachts moeiteloos meegenieten van het geluid van de (feestende) buren.

Dan het eten. Het eten was prima en gevarieerd. Vooral tot 8:30 was het heerlijk rustig in het restaurant. Rond die tijd stonden de meeste gasten namelijk strategisch opgesteld bij het zwembad, klaar om met een handdoek een ligbedje te veroveren. Zodra iedereen zijn territorium had veiliggesteld, stroomde het restaurant vol.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Toen ik bij de receptie vroeg of we een nacht konden bijboeken, kreeg ik het handige advies om zelf maar even op internet te kijken of er nog kamers vrij waren. Wat fijn dat ik daar als gast zelf achter mocht komen.

De bedragen waren plots zo hoog… dan maar een late check-out. Een uur voor het uitchecken kregen we te horen of we een late checkout konden krijgen. Helaas was onze junior suite niet beschikbaar dus kregen we een andere kamer.

Zo gingen we van de meest luxe kamer naar de minst luxe kamer, voor 70 euro kregen we een hokje op de begane grond met het balkon grenzend aan de ingang. Volgende keer bij een late terugvlucht maar een nacht langer boeken, maar niet hier ;-)

Loved everything about the hotel nothing bad to say. Keep up the best service you are offering.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff were AMAZING especially Ernest (the best),thank you for everything you were so helpful everytime we asked you a question and everytime we kept forgetting our key card for our room (515).
Shoutout to the canteen guys always greeting us when we went to eat. The food was amazing and the service 👌

Cons:

Nothing.

I will miss the bar terrace with the incredible views.
