Vackert hotell med mycket bra läge och stämning.
Pros:

Vackert ställe, perfekt läge för att utforska alla delar på ön, fint rum. Extra kul att att det fanns så fin natur precis runt om hotellet och att det fanns en tennisbana.

Cons:

Lite tråkig frukostbuffé.

Pros:

Velmi se nám zde líbilo. Hotel je čistý, pohodlný, dobře vybavený, na krásném místě a s velmi milým personálem. Snídaně byly velmi dobré. Bazén i zahrada jsou udržované a prostorné. Tento hotel můžu vřele doporučit.

Pros:

Lovely hotel located by the sea. The view from the breakfast area is unbelievable! The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfasts were absolutely serviceable, nothing breathtaking, but tasty and fresh. I'd add some more variety of fresh fruit. The staff was always attentive and helpful. The hotel has a huge parking area, with complementary space for every guest (which is quite important on Sao Miguel).

Cons:

My only gripe would be the prices at the restaurant, quite steep compared to other restaurants nearby. I know it's a lazy tax, but still, they could be slightly lower.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal sur l’île pour graviter
Cadre autour de l’hôtel magnifique
Chambres plutôt confortables et grand lit
Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont très agréables

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait peut être un petit rafraîchissement
Nous n’avons testé que le snack de l’hôtel un midi qui est correct mais cher pour ce que c’est

Beautiful hotel with great service
Pros:

It was a beautiful location, great pool, very friendly helpful personnel, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, view from the room was spectacular, room was always well cleaned.

Cons:

The rooms were fine but did not feel like 4 star hotel, the smell in the common areas was too extreme and smelled like aftershave.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très propre, ça sent bon! Le personnel était très courtois. Nous avions une chambre à 3 lits, ce qui était parfait pour moi et mes 2 enfants jeunes adultes. Le paysage était magnifique. Il y a un petit sentier qui mène à l'eau qui est bondé de fleurs, c’est trés beau. L'accès a la plage est facile. Mon gars de 21 ans a aimé aller prendre un verre au petit bar extérieur. Un très bel endroit!

Cons:

Le réfrigérateur n'était pas froid. Il faut demander au bar pour avoir de la glace (donc dans les heures d'ouverture seulement). Les déjeuners étaient ordinaires.

Prinzipell tolle Location - außer es geht um Rückerstattungen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen, das Personal an der Rezeption überaus liebenswürdig. Auch das Frühstück ist gut. Am Pool gibt es lobenswerterweise kein nerviges Musikgedudel. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann.

Cons:

Wir hatten für sieben Tage ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und vorab komplett bezahlen müssen. Wegen einer mehrtägigen Flughafensperrung in Ponta Delgada und eines Streiks kamen wir aber (unverschuldet) nicht zum Hotel und konnten letztlich nur zwei Nächte dort verbringen. Da auch in Ponta Delgada Tausende von Touristen festsaßen und händeringend Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten suchten, dürfte es für das Hotel kein Problem gewesen sein, unser leer stehendes Zimmer anderweit zu vergeben (um was ich frühzeitig per Mail gebeten hatte). Leider hat das Hotel nun auf meine Anfrage wegen einer Teilerstattung oder eines Vouchers nicht reagiert. Auch eine diesbezügliche Anfrage des von mir eingeschalteten Booking-Customer Service an das Hotel blieb bisher ohne jede Reaktion. Dieses Verhalten des Managements überschattet leider den positiven Eindruck vom Hotel an sich. Kundenorientierung geht anders!

Traumhafte Lage…..
Pros:

Großes aber schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage.
Saubere schöne Zimmer mit Meerblick. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen nicht probiert.
Schönes Pool, verwunschener Garten Richtung Meer… Jederzeit wieder, auch gute Lage zum Erkunden von Sao Miguel.
