El parquing, un coche un poquito grande pasa las de Caín. Cuando digo un poquito es superar un C4 , al ser un edificio antiguo las columnas están pensadas para el 600
That it was for three people and on different floor

La ubicación es perfecta y el hotel es un hotelazo, la habitación era enorme, muy limpia y las camas muy cómodas. Pasamos solo una noche porque nuestra estancia fue de paso, pero si volvemos otra vez a Burgos nos alojaremos aquí sin duda.
Ofrecen una consumición gratuita en una terraza interior, pero allí no te atiende nadie, y a pesar de que fuimos a la recepción a decirlo su contestación fue la de "lo siento", al final nos fuimos sin tomarla un poco aburridos del poco caso y de la nula resolución. Es una anécdota, pero sienta mal, no la ofrezcas si luego al final no la vas a dar.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.
Al llegar a la habitacion nos dimos cuenta que no teniamos toallas en la habitación (llegamos un día de mucho calor y necesitábamos darnos una ducha) pero bueno se soluciono rápido llamando a recepcion.
La habitacion no tenía enchufes en las mesitas de la cama.
Y creo que hace falta pintar las paredes de las habitaciones.
The parking was in the same building as the hotel, which was a great bonus. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel's location is excellent and one of the best you could ask for when visiting Barcelona.
Our stay in Burgos was rather disappointing. The air conditioning in both of our rooms (319 and 320) was not working at all. We reported it to reception, and we were told that the issue would be resolved, but unfortunately nothing was done.
Afterwards, we noticed that several reviews on Booking.com have mentioned problems with the hotel's air conditioning since October. Based on our experience, it seemed that the staff were not being honest about the situation.
There were also several maintenance issues that need attention. In room 320, the plug in one of the bathroom sinks was stuck, making the sink unusable. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Again, after reading previous reviews, we found that other guests had reported the same issue over the past few months.
We reported all of these problems to reception on the day we checked out. We were given a form to complete, and the hotel simply made a copy of it and instructed us to email it ourselves to the address listed on their website.
The hotel's location was good, so in that respect it was a reasonable choice. However, because of the unresolved maintenance issues and the way our concerns were handled, I would think twice before staying here again or recommending this hotel to others.

Parking was very expensive, the spacing very tight and the lights were enough in the parking area. I also would like to point out that receptionist just took the cash for the parking and did not provide or ask whether we wish to have a receipt. Clear indication how to get to the parking would be great if noted in the e-mail before getting in. The gates and speaking to Portuguese police to let us in was a bit stressful. GPS guides you into closed off zoning so that is a bit confusing.
