Pros:

Position was great.. close to the public transport and to the main streets. 10 minutes walk from pozdamer plaz

Cons:

Room was not clean when we arrived, there was trash under the bed. In the morning you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to be seated because there not enough space. Personal was kind but the english language understanding is below basics

Definitely recommended for a family stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolutely great. It’s walking distance from Potsdamer Platz that has a lot of connections. The S-Bahn is just outside of the hotel. We used it a lot, it was very convenient. There is also a bus stop next to this S-Bahn station that was very handy too. The hotel is within walking distance from the very centre of the city in case you want to see the most prominent places of interest. It’s about 20-30 minute walk.
The bar of the hotel is apparently open 24/7, however we used it just once till midnight. They do serve drinks and some basic staples.
The room is quite spacious for two adults and one child. It is zoned into two parts and separated by a thin curtain. The double bed is very comfortable and has plenty of pillows. The power outlets are conveniently located with two USB sockets on every side of the bed. There is surprisingly plenty of storage space for clothes and a safe for valuables. The bathroom and the toilet reminded me of the facilities on an aeroplane or on a boat as they are fully made of plastic. There is a shower and a bath in the bathroom, which is very convenient as two people may take a shower at the same time and save time. The toilet flush is very loud, another reminder of a plane. The kitchenette is very convenient! There is a kettle, a microwave and a tiny fridge. There are a few cups and three glasses in the bathroom, some teabags and sugar. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Berlin with my family. Great value for money.

Cons:

On the negative side there are only two chairs in the room and the staff refused to bring an additional one despite the fact that there were three of us staying there. The staff at the reception desk were generally not very helpful.

Central location and nice staff
Pros:

Central location, walking distance to most touristic places, dogs allowed with additional cost. We had a room for 3 plus dog and had enough space. Rooms are quite modern and nice staff

Cons:

Parking was quite expensive but in the same building so you can easily transport your luggage

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass an einigen Stellen gespart wird. Die Ecken nicht sauber und einiges ist kaputt. Bei dem Preis aber mehr als akzeptabel.
