Apartamentos San Miguel Park & Esmeralda Mar

From the minute we arrived it felt perfect. Staff were very polite, eager to please and worked extremely hard. We booked a room with a sea view and wasn't pleased with it as very steep hill to walk. As soon as they were alerted we were offered a new apartment close to our family and so happy. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, everything we wanted. Customer service brilliant. The one negative was we didn't like the pillows. But hey ho we cant have everything.
Food was delish, something for everyone. I loved the salads, fruit and seafood night was lovely.
Beach was a 5 minute walk with 3 supermarkets.
We had vouchers to allow us free drinks at resturant on beach if all inclusive. BUT soft drinks were flat and tasteless. So our grandchildren didn't have an option.
The whole complex felt relaxed, safe and felt looked after.
We will return and thank you. There is so.much we didn't do.

A lovely place to stay with everything you need in close proximity, I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so helpful.

Just came back from a week away at this lovely little hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
The location was great, quiet and peaceful, and only a quick 5 minutes stroll to a beautiful beach. At the reception they give you tokens for free drinks at the beach bar which we loved. They also offer discounts for the beach sun beds.
Rooms were okay. We had a comfort studio which was a short but quite a steep stroll up with a big terrace. Rooms were cleaned daily.
Every single staff member was really friendly and so attentive to our 8 month old girl. Special shout out to her favourite - Lucy from the animation team. She made sure to come up and make her smile every day and get her included in kids activities which our little lady enjoyed.
Overall a really great first family holiday :)

LA VISITA

Absolutely loved it here, perfect quiet location, five min walk down a short road to the beach which can be seen from the sea view rooms. Entire place was spotless, cleaners and maintenance were working non stop ensuring everything was amazing. Lovely staff, fab buffet, great clean pools and a friendly resident cat round the back if you’re missing your pets at home! We would come back every year. Also quick transfer from airport. It was my 50th birthday and we were given a bottle of Prosecco it was all wonderful

These apartments were very nice, clean and had everything needed for a nice base . Our apartment 104 had a nice balcony that was above the kitchen, so no concerns with balcony/ kids/. Pools were well maintained, roof top pool had amazing views of the bay, very short walk to beach, local supermarkets with everything you need. Short drive to benniras beach, make sure you go for sunset, magical experience with local people who arrive to drum the end of the day away. Staff at the apartments were very helpful , and housekeeping daily. Only concern was the mattress are on the firm side and this made us uncomfortable as they days wore on.. ( we are getting on as well ) make sure you have bottled water as well, as can’t drink tap water.

Ligging

Exquisito trato del personal del hotel en especial los empleados de recepción a mis hijas en su breve estancia,además de los de animación nocturna,habitaciones modernas y totalmente reformadas con vistas increíbles,la situación del alojamiento en un entorno espectacular y cercano a la playa,comida del buffet muy rica,mereció la pena contratar el todo incluido.

The staff here are first class, friendly and accommodating from arrival.
Hotel has great views across the bay, however you do need to be mobile lots of steep walks & steps.
Our room was large and would easily accommodate 2 adults 2 children, everything worked and was clean. Some parts slightly outdated, but the hotel are clearly aware of this and are working hard to update.
Bar staff superb with good selection of drinks.
The restaurant was spotless and clearly the lady in charge was running a tight ship and doing a great job. The staff again were great and the food was good, varied and nothing repetitive (I’ve read some previous reviews and I’m not sure what people expect!) Breakfast was great, something for everyone.

The village - if you want a quiet holiday with great views, good walking trials etc then this is for you.
3/4 shops, 3-4 restaurants (all of a good standard) the locals were using all of them, one Irish bar (there always is wherever you 🍻😂)
If you’re expecting more I’d say go to Ibiza Town or San Antonio……
