Ubicación, es un lujo estar frente al mar y las vistas eran preciosas, la habitación muy amplia.
Bastante escalera para ir con carrito de bebé.
El servicio y atención al cliente es muy mejorable. Ejemplo (constructivo): pedimos toallas en recepción y nos dijeron que como teníamos habitación estandar las teniamos que ir a buscar al spa (saliendo del hotel) y al llegar allí nos dicen que tenemos que dejar depósito en efectivo. Se agradecería no hacer sentir menos al cliente por tener habitación estandar (aún habiendo pahado casi 400€ el fin de semana) y que te avisaran que hace falta efectivo.
Volvimos al spa al día siguiente a disfrutarlo pero nos dijeron que necesitábamos gorro de piscina así que nos fuimos, tampoco nos habían avisado en recepción al hacer el check in. Deberían avisar y tener gorros de compra o de prestar, ¿mucha gente hace la maleta pensando en un gorro de piscina?
Y varios gestos así que hacen que la experiencia no se sienta tan agradable. Marcaría mucho la diferencia un cambio a mejor en este aspecto.
Hotel de instalaciones amplias y de baja altura junto al mar dando una sensación de espaciosidad. Perfectamente diferenciadas las zonas para adultos y familias con niños. Amabilidad en todo el personal, acceso directo a playa tranquila. Buffet de desayuno y cena fantásticos.
Por poner algo, quizás debiera de haber una ducha/grifo a la entrada desde la playa para no arrastrar arena al interior del área de la piscina de adultos. Algún día, la limpieza de la habitación ha sido un poco deficitaria.

Es el tercer año que nos alojamos cinco dias en Mayo. Siempre excelente. Lastima que no sea solo para adultos .
Este año mucho niñ@s, la mayoría poco educados en el buffet. Pero eso es mas culpa de los padres que no de los niños. Se despreocupan totalmente de ellos sufriendo los demás la mala educación de estos

Le gaspillage de certaines personnes au niveau des buffets. L’établissement pourrait envisager quelque chose pour sanctionner les personnes qui ne finissent pas leurs assiettes ou boissons

literie vieillissante et inconfortable / hamman en panne / port de bonnet de bain pour picine intérierure : on a pas été prévenu / manque d'information sur le fonctionnement de l'espace piscine intérieure : on n'a pas pu profiter de cette piscine / buffet qui ferme à 21h30 : on nous a enlevé les desserts alors qu'on commençait à se servir, j'ai du aller en chercher un sur le chariot / on nous saute dessus lorsqu'on commence à partir de table, les serveurs commencent à débarasser alors qu'on a pas encore quitter la table, on nous pousse un peu dehors /
