Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again
Pros:

The room size was larger than expected. Room was clean.

Cons:

I stayed in Tower B and the down button for the elevator was not working causing longer wait times or use of stairs. Balcony was worn.

It was mostly walkable distance to attractions and amenities.

Cons:

We chose the balcony option thinking it would be an upgraded room, instead we were directed to another building which was less than satisfactory. The building we stayed in looked like an old motel. Cleanliness was not up to par and the building appeared as if it was deteriorating. We could not control the AC in our room, there were no pamphlets in the room indicating what was around/ any hotel information. The name indicates that you are going to have a view of the falls which is not true. Had I been aware of the building we were instead to be sent to, I would not have booked here.
