I don’t think I’ll be returning as it’s such a great location to go and see my family is Scotland

Cons:

Bed Linen had marks all over it the room smell very strange.. rundown and tired
Not sure why I had to buy extra £5 for the car park when there wasn’t even any cameras on it and £20 per Dog when there wasn’t anything for the doctor sit on to mess up seems very unreasonable

Ideal pit stop for travelling to / from the Highlands
Pros:

Perfect for stopping over en route to Hebrides. Easy access from M74. Comfortable, plenty of space, friendly staff.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

It was quite enough the room was clean

Cons:

The member of staff on arriving was grumpy and not informative. Breakfast is over at the services. Breakfast was not available the second day, even though it was prepaid, we were offered a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks to less the value paid. Also not helpful when you don’t eat bread.

Great for the weary traveller
Pros:

Absolutely great value for money. Clean fresh bedding and towels. Spotless bathroom. Perfect if you just want to rest your head for the night. Which we did, very comfortably.

Good value, beware how you book otherwise you incur a £5 parking fee on arrival.
