Cons:

I paid for parking and followed all instructions and yet I still received a PCN. I was driving a hire car and have incurred admin fees and have had a lot of back and forth to try and appeal it. It’s not good enough and very unfair

Pros:

Great location, staff were so friendly. We had 2 dogs with us as on route to highlands. Breakfast at services was lovely. Comfy room.

Perfect for my needs, equally as good as the other more expensive motorway brands.
Pros:

To be honest, I was not expecting much, bearing in mind the low cost of the booking. However, the overnight stay exceeded my expectations and more! Friendly, attentive staff, easy parking, clean modern room with all the facilities I needed for an overnight stay. I was motorcycling solo to Scotland from London, so this was the perfect distance and location for the first night. The all-important shower was hot and worked!...and food was just a stone's throw walk to the main services.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for my needs, equally as good as the other more expensive motorway brands.

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Die Einrichtung war modern. Im Hotel sind Hunde willkommen.

Cons:

Your new £5 "parking" fee is a disgrace. It is simply a disguised room cost that allows you to advertise a misleading room price. Your one redeeming feature was value for money but your prices are increasing to everyone else's level while still offering a basic product.

The Staff member was clearly sick and tired of hearing the complaint and said bluntly "it's on the internet"
