Great room, views, service and breakfast - could not have been more perfect.
Pros:

The hotel, and especially the staff, were really great. Not only did they leave us a bottle of wine, but also decorated the bed with feathers and had pieces of cake placed in the room.
It was a memorable stay because the room was clean, spacious, had great amenities (like a washer/dryer) and the folks at the front desk were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was not only a pleasure, but the hotel had laid out the largest buffet we had ever seen anywhere in the world and the staff cooked the eggs we requested exactly as ordered. All included in the room rate!!!
Exceptional hotel and service.

Handy location, apartment style hotel rooms.
Pros:

Good location, easy walk to V&A, Bree St food and tour pick ups. Great staff. Apartment style hotel rooms which we found perfect for our stay. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No dinner available on site, but lots of options nearby. Personal preference, we found the pillows uncomfortable, but minor thing.

Large clean apartment style room with lovely staff.
Pros:

It was a very large apartment type layout with separate bedroom. It is located at the harbour end of Cape Towns Central district. Breakfast was good but the hotel restaurant does not open for evening meals. Directly across the road is an Italian restaurant offering a wide range of dishes. The room had a separate kitchen area with everything you need to cook and prepare your own food. It also has a washing machine and soap powder is available in reception at no extra cost.
The staff were very attentive and we were alway greeted with a smile and a chat.

Cons:

Nothing.

Good central hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good, although a little less hot choice seemed to be available at the weekend. Staff were very professional and helpful

Cons:

Lack of evening dining
High beds were comfortable but made life difficult for our elderly companion!

Once was enough
Pros:

Enthusiastic and supportive front staff were helpful and engaged. Property had availability for last minute same-day booking, and the staff accommodated a room change mid-stay to comply with our original booking specs. Apartment-style rooms feature a massive balcony, and if you squint while craning your neck, you can glimpse a slice of a view of Table Mountain.

Cons:

The hotel itself is dated in aesthetics and comfort — old carpeting, awkwardly shaped rooms are narrow or triangular, and harsh, cool, sterile lights make it hard to find relaxation or warmth without being exhausted. The apartment-style kitchen was barely appointed — maybe just one or two of each kind of flatware, cutlery, and glasses. Its laundry machine was wash-only, so be prepared with time and means to air-dry your clothes. The nearby restaurant that provides room service managed to provide a truly awful pizza so I have to recommend venturing out. Many worthy spots far and wide, though grocery stores for self-catering either close early or are still 10-15 minute walk away despite the central location.
