Pros:

Having 24 hrs access to pool and hot tubs.Having café on site. We come here every year for our anniversary. We find it very relaxing and the staff is always friendly.

Cons:

Ice machine has been broken for several years. TV didn't work and had to be changed out. Smoke detector needed new batteries and started chirping in the middle of the night.

Affordable one spot stay,for all your vacation amenities.
Pros:

I love the staff here and the quality of the food at the restaurant is decent.I have been coming here for over a decade,I love the 24hour pool accessibility and the staff is excellent.

Cons:

The place needs some upgrades,rooms are old fashioned,and showers suck.It is a older hotel and it shows it's age.

I checked in the lady was nice.

Cons:

The code to gate ghetto, gating system old, room was gross, pools were dirty, I left about an hour after I checked in and just forfeited money.

Decent stay.

The pool was very spacious many pools and 24 hours. the room was fresh and clean.

Cons:

The only issue with the property is booking online through third party is not accurate to what you receive when you arrive. I booked a room with 2 beds and a balcony pool side room and was given a bottom room on the first floor tucked away. Also the older lady in the front with blondish white hair kinda gave me attitude about it since I was asking questions to verify everything about the situation. I understand you can be dealing with other issues amongst helping out customers but that doesn’t excuse the subtle rudeness when regarding me, especially in no way was I trying to give anyone a hard time. Although the younger girl working earlier when we first arrived was very kind and helpful and allowed to use the pool while our room was being made.
