Pros:

Heerlijk zwembaf met goede ligbedden. Fijne kamer met balkon, fijne douche en goede bedden.

Cons:

Wifi was heel slecjt bij zwembad en op onze kamer. Buiten terras van restaurant was niet open.

Pros:

The whole area surrounding the resort, dinner at the restaurant was very good, the mattresses and pillows very comfortable. Pool area very nice.

Cons:

No WiFi available though they gave us an upgrade from comfort to deluxe room. The b'fast was simple as one offered from 2/3 star. Very busy reception, very noisy people at the restaurant due to large groups gathered during b'fast and dinner which we could hear them from our bedroom.

Great structure in a convenient location
Pros:

Staff at the reception is super nice and attentive. Room was big and beautiful. The structure itself is very good, though we travelled outside of peak season and some services were not fully operative yet (eg pool bar, tennis courts, park for kids).

Cons:

Breakfast was scarce, I was truly disappointed the first day. Considering how beatiful the whole structure is, it's a pity that we did not find breakfast to be up to the bar.

Die Qualität beim Abendessen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück ist einfach und schlecht präsentiert
Bemängelte Reparaturen wurden nicht ausgeführt bsp. Gerissene Toilettenbrille

Reception extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich!

Cons:

Hätte Fruchtsalat zum Frühstück sehr geschätzt anstelle der ganzen Früchte.
Dusche war sehr eng.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und wie einzelne kleine Bungalows gestaltet.
Der Pool war im Oktober auch noch geöffnet.
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Abendessen ist sehr teuer und wenig, wenn man es vor Ort dazwischen will.

Pros:

Les lits étaient très confortables. L'espace de jeux pour les enfants est très appréciable, ils y sont en sécurité. La piscine est grande. Le petit déjeuner est très très complet.

Zeer behulpzame staf en professioneel. Ze gaan voor de extra mile

Wel veel gezeur over de betaling. Ik had via booking een nonrefundable verblijf geboekt met een reservering op mijn creditcard. Toch krijg je dan veel mails en appjes of je ook het hotel rechtstreeks wilt betalen. Misschien is er "een beef" tussen Booking en het hotel maar als klant snap ik dit niet. Ondanks deze terleurstelling aan de voorkant komen we toch terug
