Pros:

Pour notre séjour de 4 jours à Lisbonne nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec un personnel accueillant, un petit-déjeuner copieux, une chambre agréable, à 30 min à pied de la place du commerce.

A pleasant and convenient stay in Lisbon, with a clean room and polite staff.
Pros:

I really appreciated the 24-hour reception, the polite staff, and the clean room. The location was very convenient for me, roughly halfway between Praça do Comércio and NOVA University, with both places about a 30-minute walk away.

Cons:

No complaints overall. The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly adequate for us. Lisbon is a very hilly city, so be prepared for lots of uphill and downhill walking.

Bella camera, spaziosa.
Delle 4 prenotate tre avevano dei problemi in bagno, rimediati, o con cambio camera, o con sitemazione.
Doccia bella grande.
A 30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di lisbona

Cons:

La mia camera, ma credo che sia per la disposizione architettonica del palazzo, aveva l'entrata del bagno pressapoco nel cuscino del mio letto. Gli altri nelle camere, non hanno evidenziato questo problema.

Gezien we laat aankwamen in Lissabon was het heel handig dat er een 24uursreceptie was. Het bed was ook enorm comfortabel samen met de airconditioning voor 's nachts. Wij hebben hier een goede nachtrust gehad.

Cons:

Het personeel was niet vriendelijk, wij kwamen laat aan en kregen niet eens een hallo. Wij moesten alle vragen stellen.
Daags erna was ons bed niet opgemaakt en hadden we geen verse handdoeken gekregen ondanks dat we het kaartje aan onze deur gehangen hadden. De vrouw aan de balie lachtte ons uit en zei dat we het omgekeerd hadden gehangen, terwijl dit absoluut niet zo was.

Er was schimmel in de douche, de douche lekte ook waardoor er telkens wat water op de badkamervloer bleef staan. De kamers waren ook niet zo goed geïsoleerd. Wij hoorden alles van op de gang, zeker wanneer er met deuren gegooid werd of dergelijke. De lift is gedateerd en maakt heel veel lawaai, wij hadden pech dat we op de hoogste verdieping sliepen en dit constant hoorden. Het was precies of er een wasmachine naast jou stond te draaien.

Het ontbijt was niet wauw, de basics waren er maar dat was het ook. Bij de koffie kon je de bodem van je tas zien. Wij hebben hier 11 euro voor betaald (bijgeboekt bij het inchecken), anders is dit 13.50 euro. Hiervoor eet je in de stad heerlijk bij een brunchbar..

The breakfast was good, it could use some variety, but it fits the price. It is very quiet

There were many signs of bad maintenance in the hotel (dents and big scratches and holes in the furniture). It does not affect your stay too much, but it does catch your eye
