Cons:

Poco o ningún control en el acceso a comedor, ni en desayuno, ni comida ni cena. Mucho color de pulseras, pero sólo te miraban la muñeca a la hora de pedir las bebidas. Y en alguna ocasión me llegaron a decir "pero esto lo tiene usted que pagar" sin servirlo ni siquiera, usted póngalo y me da mi ticket y yo lo pago. O si creo que no debo de pagarlo ya hablamos, pero con una fila de personas detrás, la expresión no me pareció acertada, cuando no tienen ni control de entrada al comedor.

Excellent Stay in a Great Location
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Everything was very clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options.

The pool area was well maintained, and I always found a sunbed available. I also liked the lovely green surroundings. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and the beachfront promenade, and the train station is also nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area.

Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Une semaine tranquille ternie par le comportement inadmissible de cette personne à la réception.
Cons:

Le comportement de certains responsable à la réception laisse beaucoup à désirer notamment la dame un peu forte qui était pas polie et non professionnelle. Ce type de comportement nuirait à votre établissement et moi personnellement je ne suis pas prêt à revenir.
