Nice hotel in the heart of Athens, 2 minutes from Omonoia underground station.
Breakfast was excellent with wide variety to select from. Staff was excellent in being helpful and professional and welcoming. Guard was nice too. Room on 8th floor was exceptional. Cafe was good too! Room on 5th floor was okay.
Rooftop lounge and resturant was not accessible due to mobility difficulty. (I especially booked a stay as view of Acropolis
was advertised from restaurant ).I was sad that I could not make it up the stairs.
Room 510 had problems with: coffee maker needed to be pushed in and plug held to work.
Water leak from base of shower.
General -1 euro charge for small bottled water!! should be complimentary.
Cafe closed too early for all day tours -had to go to Melia for food..
No close by restaurants except for Melia. Only English speaking program that I could find was NHK world news, needs a
streaming program like Netflix..
Room service did not have many Greek dishes to order main course. --only Souvalki.

Everything about the hotel was great
The only thing I didn’t like was we ordered a taxi and it took more than an hour and a half to come and he never showed up. I had to go on the road to pick up a taxi
The staff is very polite and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located to omonia station.
The immediate area of the hotel is not very pleasant. At night walk from omonia station may feel a bit uneasy. We did not encounter anything bad though.
