Een leuke citytrip start met een comfy hotel als vertrekbasis
Pros:

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Geen vraag is hen teveel, altijd glimlachen en klaar voor advies.
In de buurt van het hotel zijn er enkele winkels waar je wat proviand kan kopen zoals drank voor op de kamer, koeken voor je dagtrip, enz...
De metrohalte ligt op wandelafstand

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Leider ist die Lage an der stark befahrene Straße nicht so gut. Balkon ist völlig unnütz. Viel zu laut und keine Sitzmöbeln vorhanden.

Decent hotel if you don't mind bad communication and a tiny shower
Pros:

I stayed here twice during my trip to Greece. I tried to contact them via email regarding a change to my reservation and they were responsive but they never answered my questions. I had to call them multiple times, they kept telling me to contact them during certain hours (which was during my nighttime) so that I could speak to the reservations department. I stayed up one night just to talk to their reservations department but they just told me to email them, which I did, but they never got back to me about it.

I also tried to book taxis through them and instead of booking it themselves, they sent me a link to Taxiplon, a site where I can book my own taxis. My experience using Taxiplon was bad so I wouldn't suggest using them. You're way better off using FreeNow.

For one of my stays I booked the "Superior" room which came with a shower that barely one person can fit in. I could spin around in the shower but that was it. Their elevators were also very small but it's a hotel in a European city so I guess that's standard?

Everyone at the front desk was great though, and the hotel was clean, with a decent location.

Fantastic, nice end to our bucket list trip

Beautiful hotel. Roof top restaurant will take your breath away. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wait staff were very friendly and would even go on with our humor.

Cons:

Für vier Personen war das Zimmer etwas eng und ohne richtige Ablageflächen, sonst alles bestens
