La situation de l’hôtel et le grand parking. La nourriture était bonne aussi. Le personnel du restaurant et de la réception était excellent et très professionnel, à l’exception du chef de salle, qui n’a pas été sympathique de tout le séjour: ne voulait pas nous préparer une table pour 8 et ne salue pas toujours les clients.

Le chef de salle au restaurant, pas accueillant et conciliant pour nous préparer une table de 8 personnes. Nous avons réserver 3 chambres dans cet hôtel, et le soir, le chef de salle (pas très accueillant et sympathique) voulait nous mettre à 3 tables différentes sous prétexte qu’il ne peut pas déplacer les tables, ce sont les règles selon lui. Nous avons dû insister pour obtenir une table de 8 auprès d’une autre cheffe de salle, encore un échange pas des plus agréables, c’est dommage pour un hôtel qui se dit familial !!

Un hôtel tres bien situé et au calme
Pros:

L'aimabilité du personnel mais devrait parler Français. La propreté en général des différents lieux, le calme et la proximité de commodités.

Cons:

La non surveillance de la piscine le monsieur a la piscine est toute la journée sur son téléphone caché derrière le bar (des preuves en photo), des jeunes sautaient du pont ou du bar il ne faisait rien donc une noyade serait vite arrivé.

Au restaurant il devrait etre interdit de fumer dans l'espace extérieur étant donné que ils pourraient fumer autour de la fontaine ou sur le parking c'est tres tres désagréable !

Les chemins en pavé devraient etre refait par endroit.

Un lit deux personnes serait appréciable car s'écarte...

Does the job for what we needed, great but not blown away
Pros:

The Rooms were spacious, Great AC having two units meant we could make the living area cooler and the bedroom the right temperature. The Buffet breakfast was great in the mornings before starting our day.

The buffet dinner was good although the dessert options were not great , Lots of Mousse's that were not mousse . The hotel does not open for Lunch but there is a separate café by the pool that you can get light lunch and snacks until 6pm as well as some slushy cocktails.

Pool area is nice , very simple, could do with a bit of atmospheric music but if you are wanting a quiet trip its the perfect spot. Towels you can get for the pool everyday which is great and very useful.

Cons:

Lack of option for lunch but you have a kitchenette where you can cook up what you need. There is a lack of amenities - . Iron , sewing kit etc , they do not have. Towels you can get for the pool everyday which is great and very useful.
