It was quite, Applebee's, when checking in the lady was pleasant,but lyed

Well we arrived at2:50 room was being cleaned, the lady said it will be ready in a few minutes my reservation was at 3 wasn't to get in the room til 20 after 3 an then when we went to our room the beds were messy, an bathroom mirror was smear up now I like this place but my opinion this has been the worst for the room I've been with booking for about 5yrs now an I don't like to complain I'm being honest letting you guys no I took pictures you have to at the mirror good

Booking.com promised a refund from the property. It never happened.
Pros:

Nothing they canceled my reservation last minute and didn’t refund me.

Cons:

That they couldn’t accommodate my reservation and didn’t refund me. It’s been one month, still NO REFUND?!

A nightmare
Pros:

It was on the hill for fireworks but you had to go outside to see anything.
The breakfast was amazing 🤩

Cons:

We were put in a wrong without drapes for privacy and the morning sun. We got moved to a handicap room without any view at all!
I think booking.com customers get treated differently.

Stay was ok, I wish I would’ve known before hand about the construction and the change in reservations before my stay I

The location is all.

Cons:

The noise of the construction and the fact that we had our reservations changed at the time we arrived, is when we found out no call no email nothing to notify me of this change. I had 2 reservations and my other party had to go down to the sister hotel. They almost up charged a ridiculous amount, we still were charged more for the change of reservation that was canceled.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good for going to the Green Dragon Flea Market on Friday.
