Rooms were very cluttered. Ac unit did not cool other side of room. No drawers the pull out baskets in desk would not pull out far enough to get anything in them. Pillows are the worst.

Convenient to markets and antique shops
Pros:

Convenient to all surrounding areas we wanted to visit. Coffee in the lobby was a plus. Staff was very helpful with information about the area. Rooms and hallways to the rooms were very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was disappointing (compared to other Hampton Inns) with only two hot items but waffle station was great.

Bathroom had hairs on sink counter , night stand wall outlet was full of dust . If rooms are being clean daily or after each guest stay, it should not be dusty. Air conditioner was loud

The female receptionist at the front desk, I cannot remember her name, who was there when I called Sat morning with questions was so helpful and extra kind and helpful checking me in.

Only one minor thing. The elevator floors could have used a vacuuming.
