Que los huéspedes daban portazos cuando salían o entraban en su habitación, a cualquier hora, si dormías te despertaban por los portazos de su habitación.

Non poter rientrare prima per un problema personale.
Accessori bagno consumati ( sempre pulitissimo) oppure mancanti.

odore in camera se non lasciavo la finestra aperta.
L' acqua del wc non sufficiente per eliminare lo scarico.

Pros:

Ottima colazione. Struttura comoda per raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi la clinica per gli occhi. Pochi posti per parcheggiare davanti all' hotel ma compensato da un grande parcheggio pubblico gratuito a pochi metri.

Cons:

Mattonelle rotte, porte e pareti non insonorizzate, porte marce del bagno, disturbo di voci forti e rumori nei corridoi dopo le 23.00 e dalle 6.20 del mattino che impediva di dormire. Mancanza di una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera e di fazzolettini come benvenuto, TV non funzionante, luci in camera non adeguate. Camera di certo non adeguata a un 4 stelle. Mancanza di colonnine di ricarica elettrica per le auto. Per la camera e i rumori rapporto qualità prezzo poco adeguati.

Good location for different day trips throughout Tuscany. In the middle between Firenze and Siena.
Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Cleaning crew didn’t understand ‘don’t disturb’ door sign. Very loud cupboard doors. In general very poor sound insulated rooms. It’s terrible when you want to sleep in but are awake from 7am because of other guests and vacuuming by the cleaning crew. Beter insulated doors and silencing hinges on the cupboards can be easy improvements

Cons:

posizione un pò in periferia e la strada per raggiungere l'albergo dal centro storico è scarsamente illuminata. la camera e il bagno spaziosi ma un pò datati la presenza della vasca al posto della doccia priva di tappeto antiscivolo può causare problemi soprattutto a persone anziane o con scarsa mobiità. presente un frigo bar ma vuoto sarebbe cortesia lasciare almeno una bottiglietta di acqua

Siamo clienti da anni. Il punto forte e il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Accoglienza quest’anno rispetto all’ultima volta è stata molto fredda c’era un ragazzo straniero che parlava tra le labbra forse avrà spiccicato due o massimo tre parole non di più. Al contrario personale della colazione, ha sempre cortese e sorridente.
