Be nice if they could supply a porter cot

Cons:

Difficulty getting into building with luggage with luggage and pram as no ramp .would be great if the was somewhere to put clothes and towels in bathroom could have some hooks in bathroom also nice if they could supply some milk.doors banging outside our room near the stairs by other guests

Very basic but clean enough and very convenient for us to explore the city.
Pros:

Nice beds, a good size kitchen with plates, glasses, kitchen tools, a kettle, and everything you need to prep basic meals. Really hot shower. Lot of space for 2 adults and 2 children.

Cons:

The AC was too hot at one point but no one could stop it or lower the temperature, so the staff brought out a fan for us. The toilet's flush button got stuck once and had to call for help. It was solved, but we had to be careful not to push the button too hard.
