Great place, convenient location
Pros:

I liked the free wifi and how nice the staff was and also how they constantly kept our rooms clean. Plus a car park and storage room to keep our stuff in,it was very convenient and we really appreciate it.

Cons:

I don’t like how the blankets were so tucked into the beds that it was genuinely difficult to keep warm with as I had to wrestle with it.

How approachable receptionist was, room was awesome that myself and friends didn't disturb any of the other guests.

Cons:

Parking availability to be included in booking. Each room to have an allocated parking lot for fairness.

Pros:

One of the better budget friendly options and surpasses other accommodation options in the same price bracket. Was super happy having a private bathroom, kettle, mini fridge and even a tv for the same price I was previously paying for a basic hostel room with shared facilities just down the road. The bed was comfortable, room had good lighting, and the citylink bus stop is a convenient 2 minute walk away so no need to climb queen street

Cons:

The only real issue I have is that the rooms aren't sound proof and noise carries down the halls, and other guests don't seem to realise this when they're taking phone calls in their rooms or in the hallway or having loud conversations at 11pm onwards. I'd suggest a rule of that type of thing being kept to communal areas. This specific room also had an old style toilet that could be difficult to flush
