Helpful staff, good beds and clean bathroom.
Not exactly the hostel fault but it's allowed for people to stay on the outside stairs making noise and smoking, the noise and smells came to the room I was in, window was closed but noise was still loud until late.

Staff, location
I am elderly and have never experienced living in a hostel. It was difficult for me, dressing and rearranging my clothes and possessions in the dark while people were asleep. However, the facilities were clean and the staff were super friendly and obliging.
It would have been nice to have a place to dress and pack besides the bathroom.
Corresponde as fotos, limpo, tem armarios no quarto mas precisa trazer seu próprio cadeado, sistema de cartão para entrar no quarto evitando que outras pessoas entrem. Eu recomendo.
Como todo hostel tem a sorte ou azar de quem está no quarto, eu tive um pouco de azar mas isso não influênciou na nota pois não é algo que a acomodação possa resolver. Fora isso foi muito bom.
Good price and location
There was only one shower/toilet for a 10 people dormitory instead of having a shower room, and toilet stalls as hostels normally do, meaning everyone was scrambling for the bathroom in the morning. My bed had a stain on it. Also the keycards didn’t work properly so they had to reactivate them every time I left the room. The shower drain was also clogged
The hostel is right in the city centre. The reception offering many services and work 24/7 - I used storage of luggage 3 pounds/day. First time in my life I experienced silence in the shared room during the night at hostel. Bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. It is cheap with comparison with other accommodation in Glasgow and at the same time very good and worth of visit.
Room is in the basement and I had not good phone signal.
