No kitchen facilities.

Íbamos con bicicletas y ni nos dejaron un sitio para ellas, ni nos facilitaron un lugar cercano, la única solución por su parte era dejarlas en la calle. Encima el suelo de las habitaciones era de moqueta y salimos los tres llenos de picotazos de chinches o pulgas.

Charging ports are a big problem. I used corridor area space to charge my laptop and phone during my stay. I was very disappointed with this. Moreover, sometimes WiFi is a problem to take video call within the room.

I feel for the price a towel should be provided

Had to pay for Towel. And not even a 10p shampoo/soap was given in toilet. Very sad.

Bathroom was not particularly well kept

En mi opinión necesitan mejorar la limpieza de los cuartos. Cuando llegué a mi habitación, esperé hasta las 15 hs porque no estaba lista, en teoría la estaban limpiando. Cuando ingrese y fui al baño en la tapa del inodoro y en el piso había sangre seca.

The photos online do not match the absolute filth of this place.
First red flag was being charged £3 for storing my backpack before check-in. I was told because it was before noon there was a charge, but I'm here, it's 7am now and the new arrivals were not charged (as it should be). They don't do it for everyone, not sure how they choose who gets charged.
Second red flag was my card key not working the first time I tried to enter my room.
Third red flag was the filthy vintage carpet in the room. It looks like who ever bought this building just put bunks in the room and decided to not care how disgusting it is to have carpet in a hostel at all.
Fourth red flag was the lockers. Barely able to fit a handbag, the doors were falling off and the second floor of the lockers are falling out.
Fifth red flag was the bathroom. Mold everywhere, no rug, fan constantly going,.
Sixth, I woke up to the room being a sauna at 5am at the end of May and only one window works, opening only part way.
Seventh… the walls surrounding my bed are next level disgusting. Orange/yellow crusty stains, some blood and a caked on layer of black dust up the corner of the wall. The wall on the opposite side is painted dark red, for obvious reasons Looking to the floor below, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.
Hepatitis C can survive outside the body at room temperature for up to 6 weeks…
Eighth, the mattress has a massive bowl shape in the center of it. The other girls in the room say their mattresses are the same.
It's May. Tourist season has barely begun and this room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a couple years. Normally this is done in the winter months, but it most definitely has not.
My key still doesn't work and has to get reprogrammed every time I use it. They say it's because the magnet wears off if it goes near the phone, but it happened the first time I ever used the card. My bunk mate is having the same issue.

隔音差

Rummet var för litet, vi var 3 personer, det fanns inget utrymme för att förvara resväskor, vi fick öppna en i taget för att plocka upp kläder mm. och sedan vika ihop dem och skjuta in dem under sängen! Badrummet hade för få krokar att hänga upp handdukar på. Handfatet saknade propp för att kunna blanda vatten till lagom temperatur, nu fick man tvätta sig i ansiktet i antingen kallt eller kokhett vatten! Dubbelsängen hade en för mjuk resor madrass, jag "sjönk" ner mot mitten eftersom jag väger mindre än min man.
Frukosten för ca. 90 skr. var inte värt priset!

il faut payer pour chaque sac valise laissé la journée apres le check out dommage, le chauffage marche pas il y en avait un d'appoint moyen dans une ville ou il fait pas chaud, l'emplacement pas ters central mais cava et la chambre n'était pas super propre beaucoup de poussiere, nous avons signalé au moment du check out et les filles de l'hotel se sont excusé et on dit faire le necessaire
