Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.
The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.
Please note that there are no connecting rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

The check in process very slow and we have our room 8:45 pm considering our arrival time 15:15 pm

Cons:

Too expensive, no breakfast or proper lounge at property , you need to walk to another hotel . Also there is no proper lounge where u can sit have meeting or coffee again you need to walk to another properly

افضل مافي الفندق قربة من المول ؛؛ والموظفين قسمين الأول ممتاز مثل الاستاذ مصعب ؛ اما القسم الثاني من البعض الماليزي او أصول صينية على ما اعتقد كانو في غاية التهرب من اي سوال وتكون الإجابة لا أعرف!!!!!

تسريب مياه في دورة المياه ..
والأسعار المبالغ فيها جدآ جدآ وفي الاخير بدون تذاكر دخول للمسابح ...

ラグーン、飲食店や買い物に◎
Pros:

モール直結なこと、近くに飲食店が多数あり、子供が疲れて眠くなってもすぐ帰れました。Wi-Fiも強くほとんどの場所で使えました。ホテルのプールも清潔で良かったです!

Cons:

二日連続清掃の時間が遅く、初日は遊び疲れた子供がベッドで寝てる時に来たのでベッドメイキングができず。
翌日はラグーンから帰ってきて疲れ切ったところに清掃が来てしまい、その間シャワーやトイレも入れず、、
清掃してもらって文句は言えませんができれば不在の時間帯に終わらせててもらえれると助かります。

SANS HÉSITATION JE REVIENDRAIS
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre , vue sur Sunway Lagoon . Salle de bain avec grande douche a l’italienne .
Salle pour petit déjeuner spacieuse
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet et varié
Accès direct au Sunway Mall via la réception de l’hôtel
