Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.
The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.
Please note that there are no connecting rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Car parking is very confusing otherwise, the stay was pleasant.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Locating the room is not easy and confusing when you get out of the lifts.

Cons:

The hotel car park is confusing. Not Friendly. Has to exit the main car park and enter through the loading and unloading area/carpark.

Cons:

Upon check in was told my booking wasn’t in the system although I have both confirmation code and pin from booking.com. The staff proceeded to check me in via their hotel local system and charged me accordingly. 1day later received notification from booking.com that the hotel proceeded to charge me for “no show” due to non refundable policy. Have been liaising with them from 20th april till date submitted my credit card deduction and invoice from the stay prove that I did stay at the hotel but hotel has yet to refund me.

Pros:

Everything as usual, top notch customer service at Sunway Pyramid hotel ,all the front liners are professional and the hospitality is terrific. Great job Yashini, Timothy , Prasanth and the Malay staff (guy) who handle my stay. Thank you and keep up your good work.

Cons:

Probably the lighting in the room esp near the mirror , it s a bit dim for makeup.

Pros:

Тихий район, много магазинов, молл, аквапарк, бассейн в соседней гостинице ( входит в цену ).

Cons:

Уборка номеров хорошая, но стоит лучше мыть под раковиной, стены в ванной. Телевизор не смарт, соответственно нет возможности посмотреть ютюб. Нет возможности подключить телефон к телевизору.
