La ubicación que tenía y que contaba con todo lo necesario.
Las almohadas eran incómodas.

Op zich heel tevreden met vooral locatie. En ook redelijk tevreden met hotel in het algemeen. Bedden waren ook goed.
Maar de kamers waren gewoon heel erg klein. Vooral de badkamer en douches waren erg klein!
La ubicación era excelente. A 10minutos andando de la Plaza del Comercio.
Ademas tiene debajo del Hotel un supermercado con todo lo necesario: comida para comer ahi o para take away.
Tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no nos lo querian aceptar. Finalmente tras insitirles e indicarnos que nos daban provisionalmente otra habitación y al dia siguiente teniamos que regresar a la inicial, a la mañana siguiente nos dejaron quedarnos en la segunda habitación.
Por otro lado, les solicitamos utilizar el microondas para calentar un plato y nos indicaron que al no tener desayuno incluido no podiamos utilizarlo.

Le pareti sono così sottili che si sentono tutto dalle altre camere
La ubicación es espectacular. Starbucks a 100 mts al lado de la estación de tren que te lleva a Sintra, supermarket abajo super lleno y a 50mts un market de comida vegana/dietetica. La habitación espaciosa, con ventana que permitía aire externo para ventilar y la ducha muy buena y abundante.
La heladera de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente, apenas enfriaba y largaba mal olor (deberían limpiarla y colocar una tableta de carbón) y largaba caja fuerte nunca funcionó, hicimos reclamo y no vinieron nunca. Son pequeños detalles que opacan mi puntuación.
Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, muy céntrico, cerca de todo.
