Gostei dos funcionários que estavam ate as 24 horas, educados e prestativos.
O funcionario que esteve das 24 horas ate às 8 horas, desimportado e fez um sorriso de gozo quando fiz uma observação na madrugada de 12/8.
O telefone do meu quarto 508 não funcionava, avisei a recepção no dia 11 por volta das 17 horas e tomaram nota e tambem pedi o despertar para as 3 horas da manhã, despertar esse que nao aconteceu e quando questionei o funcionário dessa madrugada so me respondeu, eu não tinha reparado e o que quer que eu lhe faça agora, está acordada, com um sorriso de gozo.
Eu trabalho na área do turismo e esta resposta dada a um cliente é inaceitavel.

O lugar aonde se encontra o hotel,facil acesso a cafés,shoping etc...Gesto de bem-vinda no quarto com prato de bolos regionais ,fruta e garrafa de água.
No quarto falta zona /armadio com alguns cabides,na casa de banho falta espaço para apoiar a beauty bag.

It’s my 15th country I traveled in Europe and this was my worst experience of booking the hotel, the room was so dirty, I asked to clean it and even after cleaning it was dirty because they just changed the trash bin, the floor in the room was so dirty so I couldn’t take off my shoes…. The bathroom in the first day was broken the whole floor was messed and the staff just gave us the towels so we could clean the floor ourselves.. it was just the first 10min after checking in. Then the second day our key didn’t work, the problem was with the battery but me and my mom were waiting outside… and the receptionist said “it’s not my problem you are waiting so long because you see they I’m alone here in the reception”….. I didn’t even have a chance to say something to the receptionist because we stayed there for 3 nights and all the staff (3 of the different receptionists) didn’t care AT ALL. Just on of them offered us breakfast for free and that’s it.
I highly DON’T recommend this hotel..

Good standard hotel. Close to the metro for easy travel to the old city
Great wee hotel, very very nice reception staff. Always there to help. Will stay there again.
Easy to jump on tube to get anywhere. Doon toon is 10mins and the airport 45 mins. Tube station 5 mins walking.
Can't think of anything I didn't like.
