Een goede locatie voor een kort verblijf om Lissabon te ontdekken.
Pros:

Er waren extra producten aanwezig (tandenborstel, scheermesje, etc.). Het balkon had uitzicht op de straten van het centrum.

Cons:

De lift was erg traag en kon maar 1 persoon (of bagagerun) tegelijk aan.

Unsafe Lift and Lack of Empathy

I was extremely disappointed and concerned about the lift at this hotel. I got stuck inside, which was a frightening and unacceptable experience. The lift is in terrible condition, is extremely small, and does not feel suitable or safe for even one person.

Despite the condition of the lift and the fact that I got trapped inside, it is still in use. Guests should be clearly informed of any safety risks. In my opinion, given its condition, this lift should be taken out of service until it has been properly inspected and made safe.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy or concern from the hotel staff after I managed to get out. I expected someone to check whether I was okay after such a frightening experience, but there was no real concern or support.

This was a very upsetting experience, and I strongly believe the hotel needs to take the safety of its guests much more seriously.

La ubicación era lo único que merece la pena, pero para aparcar el coche era un inconveniente.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño eran muy pequeños. Y teníamos que desplazarnos mucho para aparcar.

Pros:

Tämä oli pieni ja tunkkainen hotelli keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Hotellia saneerattiin parhaillaan ja se vaikutti tunkkaisuuteen. Muuten oli ok.
