We had a pleasant stay and the location was great.

zeer centraal gelegen; vriendelijk personeel; lekker stevig matras; stabiele wifi; uitstekende hygiëne; goede waterdruk onder de douche, ook op de bovenste verdieping.

Cons:

krappe kamer en badkamer; gebouw piept en kraakt; trage lift; scheve trappen; zeer onvoorspelbare watertemperatuur onder de douche; bed was te kort voor mij (1m88).

Ótima localização
Pros:

Localização perfeita na esquina da Rua Augusta; é a 3a vez que me hospedo lá. O hotel parece ter sido revitalizado, ficamos em um quarto triplo no 4o andar, muito bom, silencioso, espaçoso, colchão ótimo, roupa de cama boa. Banheiro muito bom, chuveiro ótimo, água bem quente a qualquer hora, e com amenidades que já são uma raridade em outros hotéis, como chinelos e kits de higiene gratuitas. O café da manhã é muito bom, farto e tudo fresquinho, com frutas. O salão do café é muito confortável. Equipe prestativa e simpática, principalmente o rapaz do turno da noite da recepção (acho que Renan o nome dele, desculpa se errei) e a Raquel, e mais o rapaz de serviços gerais.

Cons:

O hotel foi dividido a alguns anos e o prédio ao lado, que antes era a entrada do hotel, está em reforma. A janela do meu quarto era voltada para esse prédio, o que impedia de abrir a janela causando certo desconforto quanto à iluminação e ventilação do quarto, e acho que isso acontece para todo esse lado do hotel. Com essa divisão do hotel o único elevador existente é muito pequeno, quase um monta carga, somente para 1 pessoa e um precário. Como estávamos no 4o pavimento as malas tiveram de subir depois de nós. No dia que saímos ele deu problema e ficou em manutenção o dia todo e tivemos de descer as escadas (por sorte nossa o rapaz de serviços gerais trouxe nossas malas ao térreo). O 5o pavimento só é acessado por escadas.

設備の悪さが受付の女性の感じの良さと朝食が良かったことで消されて、総合点はまあまあでした。
Pros:

受付のポルトガル人の9年勤めている言われた女性がとても感じが良かった。
一緒に写真を撮ったのでメールで送りたいのですが、メールアドレスがわかれば教えてください。

朝食は良かった。

エレベーターがお粗末でした。クロゼットの中の毛布がにおいがすると友達が言ってました。

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer geboekt die er op de fotos van de site goed uit zagen, de kamer die we kregen leek daar in de verste verte niet op. We kregen een kamer in de nok, op de 5e verdieping, zonder goedwerkende airco en heel krap, alles wat scheef en oud. Het rook er wel lekker en de lakens waren schoon. We hebben geklaagd en de medewerker pakte het serieus op en regelde binnen 1.5 uur een nieuw hotel. Omdat het laat was hebben we 1 nacht bij Duas geslapen en zijn de volgende dag naar een geweldig hotel gebracht. Alle lof voor de medewerker van die avond. Hij bracht ook nog een ventilator die ons wat verkoeling bracht.

Hele slechte oude kamer. Foto's van deze kamer zijn niet te vinden op de site, logisch..
Airco werkt niet goed.
Hele kleine krappe douche
Schuine wanden, geen plek om je koffers neer te leggen
Lift heel klein en langzaam die tot de 4e etage gaat en werkt met een gebruiksaanwijzing die het personeel alleen kent..
Trappenhuis, alles schots en scheef.
Klein balkonnetje, beetje viezig, uitzicht op vreselijke bouwvallen ( nou heb je daar geen last van.. maar viel toch wat tegen)
