Comfy bed. Large room.
Food was awful. Crispy duck salad full of water. Breakfast cold and dried out. Couldnt even drink tea as was one of those constantly boiled things! Terrible.Staff, other than reception were inattentive. You came here EVERYTHING through the room walls. This place has NO atmosphere. Drab and very 'Fawlty Towers'
Room and check in guy
The breakfast was terrible Nothing left Staff nice but stressed
Room was good and location for the airport.
Bar food was average.
Good location, friendly staff.
The air condition was broken. I got a message at 13:00 to say they were working on it. Unfortunately it was not fixed. I had to get up at 03:00 for an early flight. I couldn’t sleep it was so hot and neither could my partner or two kids. Extremely disappointed to say the least. If I knew this was the case, I would have booked somewhere else.
Price
No air con the rooms were very hot
The hotel is very dated
The whole family had a very poor nights sleep
Convenient location
Access to the leisure facilities is limited, and the staff and members there appear to be unenthusiastic about hotel guests using the amenities.
The position for Liverpool airport.
No aircon as it had broke down, trying to find a member of staff was sometimes quite difficult.
Ease to book. Ease to park. Ease to check in. Close to lots of eating places.
Beyond their control. The air con wasn’t working. But it didn’t affect our stay. A fan was given.
The rooms were clean and spacious
The air conditioning wasnt working and it was 31 degrees outside.
Location was fine
Being put in a room which had heating which could not be adjusted especially after just experiencing heatwave in southern England. Told about this on arrival & informed that email had been sent which it had but after I'd left for my holiday & didn't have good wifi coverage where I was staying. Email only said they were having trouble with air conditioning not that heating was stuck on. Also I fell in car parking area after returning from cinema complex across road due to insufficient lighting. Luckily I only have a badly bruised knee to show for that. I understand that complex is protected but this hotel badly needs renovated. Decor very dark in area our room was. I don't think these rooms should have been let in the circumstances.
It was a good location
The toilet was really hard to flush, aircon wasn’t working and the breakfast was absolutely chaotic we waited about 10 minutes to be seated then was told to goto a table there were no cutlery I had to go and get my own and there was just loads of tables filled with dirty pots
