No aircon. Not communicated prior to booking (told us the heating wasn’t working via email, no mention of no aircon or suitable aircon units / fans provided). Staff not available at check in. Staff attempting to check in multiple people and complete multiple tasks at same time causing confusion and delay. Rats visible in downstairs, room to left (stairway), blood stain on pillow (image captured).

We recently stayed here and it was very good especially with being near the airport. lovely room and breakfast and was very quiet. They did have an issue with the heating system but they let us know in advance and produced a fan in the room.

The hotel says one thing to you and says another after you have left. Couldn’t sleep in this place, no Air Con Was told I would get a refund, they wouldn’t send me an email and then dismissed my concerns after I left.

The air con was broken and the room was easily 40 degrees which was unbearable so had to leave and refuse to stay the night.
Still waiting for a response to my complaint email, still waiting for a return call from the hotel manager after phoning in to speak to them following day. Still waiting for my full refund which I was informed would be sorted when I handed my room key back.
Hottest day of the year, arrived with 3 young children and were told that the air conditioning was not working. Nightmare temperatures in the hotel and the rooms.

They hadn't got our room as they had over booked. The sofa bed wasn't made up and had no linen . Waited ages at reception. No refund when the room we got was of a lower standard
