Staff, did not put in their system that breakfast was included, nor did they include the fact i paid for late checkout and had someone knocking on telling me to get out
Pleasant, close to business where working, large hotel with conference centre attached. Reasonable menu.
Room not tidied or clean towels for the three nights stay. Lack of food and drinks after a busy weekend bash

Conveniently close to Newcastle racecourse
Pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable. Whilst the main areas of room were clean enough there was a huge amount of dust at the side of and behind the small fridge which was very off putting. I informed reception on departure so hopefully this will get sorted

Gave me a parking ticket despite taking my car registration and saying they will handle it so i can park there.
I thought it was nice and has facilities that look good but here are the bad things.
1. They didn’t mention swimming pools and everything with the hotel will be charged for hotel guests.
2. They reception gave me too cards doesn’t work and I have to run around to fix it until being able to enter my room with my luggages
3. The sofa and furniture are stained and dusty.
4. They put 90% water to the shower gel so basically it’s pure water that gel can make any foam.
Do not stay there if you have an option
As above, not a nice stay at all.
