Fin beliggenhet for dit vi skulle. Fint å løpe i skogsområdet. Bra WiFi. Fint med vannkoker

Cons:

Dårlig utvalg til frokosten. Ikke ekte appelsinjuice, kaffemaskinen var defekt, og kaffen i kannen hadde bismak. Gode speilegg. Lite frukt og ingen friske grønnsaker. Aircondition virket ikke. Rommet var kokvarmt og vinduene kunne bare åpnes litt. Krana på badet var løs og det dryppet av den. Plastglass på badet hører ikke hjemme på 4 stjerner.

Location, cleanliness, facilities! bar and food

Cons:

Management would not put themselves out for us.
Someone with a key trying to get in at 2:30am
Knock on the door at 6:30am
We asked for the room to be serviced every day it was done once.

Lovely hotel & staff, dog friendly and good location
Pros:

Only stayed for a few hours overnight but looks very nice

Cons:

Great location for our journey North, alas we did not use the amenities but took our dog who was made very welcome

Second time of staying don't know if we will try it again
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy staff on reception were very nice

Cons:

Food in the chat bar could have been better IE plates were hot but food was just luke warm maybe the menus could do with a re-think, the rooms were clean but could do with some maintenance ie chipped furniture bed base not in good order and bathrooms a little attention but having said that it's was clean and tidy

A fantastic last minute deal
Pros:

The staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for us… the pool and spa lovely and clean my children had hours of fun

We really liked the hotel, very happy to stay again, just sort the pillows 🥴
Pros:

We really liked that it was very easy to get to, lots of parking. The staff absolutely brilliant, couldn’t do enough to be welcoming. The best bit, our dog could stay! The pub across the roundabout was stunning, actually the best pub food we’ve had.

Cons:

The pillows were awful (we got one each) like sleeping on a step! The mattress was pretty hard. The shower lovely and warm but took an age to drain.
