Pros:

First time to Bol and we are excited. Convenient location of the hotel, big territory, various tasty food. My opinion - two courses are enough (breakfast must have, lunch-optional, dinner must have). For family vacation with children 5 stars (2 swimming pools with mini play ground will be highly rated by children). For active couples could be boring, but it’s not a disadvantage, next to the hotel are tennis courts, which you can rent for fee, 2 km away is free basketball court. The sea is 5-7 m away on foot from last apartment line. Variety of water sports are proposed at sea for fee. Special thanks want to express to hotel staff, especially for Vesna, who meet guest with adorable smile.

Cons:

Absence of shampoo, overall cleaning. Sometimes there was no hot water in shower.

Bardzo smaczne posiłki, personel miły i pomocny, super mini disco dla dzieci. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Problematyczny transport bagażu do pokoju, wszędzie schody, które utrudniały poruszanie się z walizkami.

To be honestly we were disappointed due to the overall good comments on booking
Pros:

The location; near to beach

Cons:

The cleaning service is really unprofessional; they didn’t clean the floor; everywhere the hairs on the floor. We needed to complain twice during our five days stay;
Our room was directly next to the Main Street even if we requested a quiet room at booking.
The reception woman was not professional and not so guest oriented and unfriendly; cannot tell her name because the reception personnel didn’t wear the name on their uniforms; she checked in for us

Sijainti oli hyvä ja huoneet hiljattain remontoidut.

Cons:

Ruoka yksitoikkoista ja mautonta. Majoituspaikka oli meluisa, löytyi pingispöydät mutta ei palloja ja rikkinäiset mailat. Siivousjälki oli kehnoa.
Tekstissä luki, että hotellissa tenniskentät, mutta hotellille ei omia tenniskenttiä vaan sijaitsi tennisklubin vieressä, mistä sai vuokrattua kentän

Odličan hotel s još boljom lokacijom. Sve je blizu na par minuta hoda. Hrana izvrsna.

Gut, muss aber nicht nochmal sein

Die Lage war grundsätzlich gut, nah an den Stränden,

Essen war gut

Cons:

Bei einer Buchung Meerseite erwarte ich auf jedem Fall einen minimalen Blick auf das Meer. Der Blick war auf die Rückseite des vorgelagerten Hotels. Den Mitarbeiter am Empfang angesprochen, wurde mir erklärt , dass seeside nicht seeview bedeutet und ich dies zu akzeptieren hätte!!!!

Der Speisesaal hatte eher den Charakter und Lautstärke einer Unimensa.

Шумно, бо багато діток, в ресторані також дуже шумно і їжа трохи одноманітна, смачна але постійго одне і теж , хотілося

Мало прибирали, хоча брудно не було.
