We stayed here with our family and everything was perfect. The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was very diverse and delicious, and the hotel was extremely clean everywhere.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come back again ❤️

Es un hotel muy familiar, super tranquilo, para ir a descansar unos días esta genial.
El personal es muy amable, en especial la chica de recepción fue un encanto y nos atendió estupendamente
El lugar es muy acogedor y esta todo cerca, tiene una zona infantil separada que esta genial para los peques

Cons:

La falta de personal.... al ir al comedor no encontrabas mesas limpias porque había mucha gente y muy pocos camareros, los pobres hacían lo que podían pero no daban más... en el snack de la piscina pasaba lo mismo, mucha cola porque no había camareros... creo que les pillo el toro y que será un tema que solventaran rápidamente porque el hotel vale mucho la pena.

Il personale provava ad accontentarti in tutti i modi, l'animazione è in spagnolo inglese e francese ma provano anche a dire qualche parola in italiano, ti coinvolgono in qualsiasi modo per farti passare un bel soggiorno. Molta attenzione ai bambini da parte del personale. Veramente top. L'animatore Louis molto molto bravo. La cena è molto varia, non è la cucina italiana ma siamo in Spagna quindi bisogna arrangiarsi, c'è sempre qualche piatto diverso ogni giorno. La colazione continentale abbondante dolce e salati
