Padel courts, gym and swimming pools costs almost the price of the hotel if you want to use them everyday.

It is rated as 4 star, but I think it is more a 3 star. Swimming pool, fitness has to be paid separately, never had before had to pay for fitness room. You have to showe in the bath tub. No anti-slip and that was scary as I almost fell. Breakfast has lots of choices, but mediocre quality. Cheap ham, low grade bread and industry/power made scrambled eggs.
Also no place in the bathroom to place your own stuff. There are some stairs at the entrance that can be a challenge with heavy luggage.

Je trouve que l’isolation est trop faible, on entendait beaucoup de bruit le matin entre les gens qui se lèvent et qui claquent les portes. La piscine n’est pas propre du tout, beaucoup de mousse verte sur les parodies ainsi que sur les marches..

Horrendous experience from start to finish. The hotel shown when i booked appeared to be of a good standard, but the reality was completely different. The room and property were nowhere near the standard we were led to expect from the booking photographs and description.

The floors were unkempt, damaged and broken, with poles sticking out of the walls. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing and certainly not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

I was also very disappointed to find that there is no pool onsite. Instead, guests have to use the sports club next door, and there is an additional charge to do so. This was very misleading and not what we expected when booking.

There was no bar and no evening meal available at the hotel, which was particularly frustrating as the hotel is miles away from anywhere decent to eat or spend an evening. This left me with no options.

The only positive thing I can say is about the staff. I genuinely felt sorry for them because they went out of their way to help us and were doing their best despite the hotel’s poor standards and lack of facilities. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and they deserve credit for their efforts.

Unfortunately, good staff cannot make up for a hotel that is poorly maintained and does not provide the facilities or standard advertised. We left feeling extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking to look carefully at what is actually included before committing.
