Por el precio que se paga, esperaba mucho más. Las fotos y la categoría generan unas expectativas que la realidad no cum

Una decepción total. No entiendo cómo este hotel tiene cuatro estrellas.

La ubicación es incómoda, alejada de prácticamente todo. Salvo el Foro Itálico, que está a unos 10 minutos en coche, para llegar a los principales puntos turísticos de Roma hay que invertir alrededor de 30 minutos en coche. Además, el acceso al hotel es por una calle en muy mal estado.

Las instalaciones no están a la altura de lo que prometen. El baño es extremadamente pequeño y muchos servicios tienen costes adicionales. Anuncian piscina y gimnasio, pero luego hay que pagar extras para utilizarlos, incluso el gorro obligatorio para la piscina.

Otro detalle absurdo es que no facilitan una plancha para la habitación. Si necesitas planchar algo, tienes que bajar a una sala específica. Muy poco práctico para un hotel que presume de cuatro estrellas.

Cons:

Accueil médiocre, photos de l'annonce non réaliste par rapport à l'état de l'hôtel. Aucun entretien, on se demande où sont les 4 étoiles.
Personnel mal aimable, nous avons plus l'impression de les ennuyer qu'autre chose. Il s'agit plus d'un complexe sportif que d'un hôtel. Piscine payante, pas de bar, pas de code wifi donné à l'accueil...bref j'en oublie tellement le séjour a été gâché par cet hôtel.

Zwembad tegen betaling niet vermeldt tijdens boeking zwembad maar beperkt open zeer slecht.
