Great location, beautiful place
Pros:

Great location in a beautiful setting. The pool was fun and the buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommended

Pros:

Hotel bonito e confortável localizado numa zona muito bonita. Pequeno almoço excelente.

Cons:

Alguns funcionários não eram muito simpáticos. Ficaram de me ligar quando quarto estivesse disponível e não o fizeram. O hotel deveria impôr regras de etiqueta aos hóspedes que circulavam apenas com fatos de banho em todas as zonas e colocavam os pés em cima dos sofás do bar. A insonorização dos quartos era fraca.

a holiday to remember
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly excellent, and the reception team was very welcoming and professional.

The food service was lovely, and the restaurant was very clean and beautiful. The animation team was absolutely fantastic — Sofia, Christian, Marta, and Misha were all amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The bar staff were also fantastic and always friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool area was beautiful, and we had such a lovely time there. I was very happy, and most importantly, my family and I had a great time together.

It was our first time at this wonderful hotel, but definitely not our last! We are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special! ❤️

Absolute Geldverschwendung. Ist nicht die Hälfte Wert von dem was es gekostet hat.
Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit deutscher Sprache, wir konnten keinen Angestellten finden, welcher deutsch sprach. Parkplatz kostet extra aber ist eine Katastrophe. Es war kaum ein freier Parkplatz zu finden. Überhaupt sollte man es sich nicht wie einen Parkplatz vorstellen sondern eher ein unwegsames Gelände, welches durch eine Schranke abgetrennt ist wo man zwischen und unter Bäumen irgendwo ein Fleck sucht um sein Auto unterzubringen. Man sollte am besten einen Jeep dafür haben um nix zu beschädigen. Das Badezimmer war vom ersten Tag an stark mit Ameisen befallen und diese haben sich dann auch ins Schlafzimmer ausgebreitet. So haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Zum Frühstück immer das Gleiche Angebot, Abendbrot ähnlich. Zu erwähnen sei noch, dass wir am 3. Tag alle ordentlich Durchfall hatten. Wir hatten für diesen außergewöhnlich hohen Preis schon etwas mehr erwartet oder sind rund 180,00 Euro pro Person und Nacht dort nix?? Wir haben auf der Hin- u. Rückfahrt in Österreich für rund 40,00 Euro pro Person übernachtet und da war es deutlich sauberer und das Frühstück auf dem gleichen Niveau und der Parkplatz noch inbegriffen welcher hier noch extra dazu kam. Alles in Allem war es eine ordentliche Geldverschwendung und wir werden hier nicht nochmal Urlaub machen. Dann doch besser wieder nach Italien wie in den letzten Jahren.

Prachtig
Pros:

Heel net hotel, alles was mooi schoon. Iedere dag waren er andere gerechten bij het ontbijt en diner wat ervoor zorgt dat er altijd wat lekkers tussen zit. Het hotel bevindt zich op loopafstand van Zlatni Rat.

Geen parkeergarage.

Solidno, ali ima prostora za poboljšanje
Pros:

Boravak u hotelu nam je bio ugodan. Posebno bismo istaknuli lokaciju, hranu, kao i osoblje koje je bilo vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo. Soba je uvijek bila uredno i kvalitetno očišćena te po tom pitanju zaista nemamo nikakvih zamjerki.

Doručak i večera bili su izuzetno raznoliki i ukusni, s velikim izborom hrane. Posebno želimo pohvaliti konobaricu Ivanu iz Makedonije, koja radi u restoranu. Izuzetno je ljubazna, profesionalna i jednostavno zrači pozitivnom energijom, što je zaista lijepo iskustvo i zaslužuje posebnu pohvalu.

Cons:

S druge strane, smatramo da hotel ima dosta prostora za poboljšanje. Sam interijer ostavlja dojam velike bolnice i nedostaje mu topline i ugodnije atmosfere.
Naša soba bila je prilično mala i tijesna, kao i sam krevet, s manje sadržaja i prostora nego što smo očekivali.

Još jedna stvar koja nam je zasmetala bila je loša zvučna izolacija sobe. Tijekom boravka jasno smo čuli povlačenje stolica i lupanje iz sobe iznad nas, što je bilo prilično neugodno. Također smo iz susjedne sobe mogli čuti razgovor, a posebno glasnije smijanje. Za hotel s četiri zvjezdice razina zvučne izolacije trebala biti puno bolja, jer je mir i privatnost tijekom boravka jedan od osnovnih elemenata ugodnog smještaja.

Moramo spomenuti i parking koji se dodatno naplaćuje, a nalazi se otprilike 100 metara od hotela. Samo je manji dio parkinga asfaltiran i taj je dio uglavnom potpuno popunjen, dok se ostatak nalazi na zemljanom putu s velikim brojem rupa i vrlo neuređenom podlogom. Neprihvatljivo je naplaćivati parking u takvom stanju. Ne bismo imali ništa protiv dodatne naplate da je riječ o uređenom, asfaltiranom i adekvatnom parkingu, ali u ovom slučaju kvaliteta parkinga nikako ne opravdava cijenu.

Na kraju, smatramo da je cijena previsoka u odnosu na ono što hotel trenutno nudi.

Sveukupno, pozitivno pamtimo lokaciju, hranu,čistoću i ljubaznost osoblja, ali hotelu bi dobro došla ozbiljna renovacija i modernizacija kako bi u potpunosti opravdao standard od četiri zvjezdice.

Wasted our time and energy getting to Bol to be completely disappointed.
Cons:

The room was dirty upon arrival and there were ants in our bed sheets and sofa. After 7 attempts contacting both reception and booking to have our room cleaned unsuccessfully we ended up finally checking out early.
Imagine trying to sleep and having to slap ants off your body all night.

Pros:

Recepcia perfektna, obsluha reštauracie, jedalne perfektný, kuchary perfektny, Chyžna perfektna

Cons:

Chodenie a upozorňovanie manažerov na nedostatky obsluhujuceho personalu na nedostatky, ktory bol možno aj prave preto perfektny. Ale to sa nerobi pred ubytovanymi hosťami. Mňa to osobne uražalo pozerať sa na to, jak ich stale kritizuju, že urobili dačo zle. To su interne veci a mali by sa riešiť mimo zrakmi ubytovanych hosti.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade, nur wenige Minuten vom Zlatni Rat und vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr gutes Essen und eine aussergewöhnlich effektive Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind trotz Renovierung relativ klein und haben uns optisch nicht besonders überzeugt. Die Zimmerreinigung hätte gründlicher sein können. Beim Pool waren die Toiletten teilweise über längere Zeit nicht ausreichend gereinigt bzw. verstopft. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir uns ausserdem einen etwas schöneren Empfang mit Willkommensgetränk und Unterstützung beim Gepäck gewünscht.
