We will definitely be going back!
Pros:

The cleaning staff were amazing, Ava, sandy and Laura they left our room spotless and some surprises for the kids which they were very happy about! The children entertainment and games and especially those staff were amazing and so welcoming. Our children loved benny the mascot at the mini disco and the games!

Cons:

The hill😅 but we later found out they have a courtesy bus!!

Que al estar lejos de la playa, venía un minibus a llevarte a la playa y a recogerte luego.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran tipo guardilla y eran super incómodas, en todo el hotel hace mucha calor, excepto en tu habitación que tú pones el aire como quieres. El buffet del medio día varía poco de un día para otro. Y las camas incómodas también

Bien, pero no creo que repitiésemos.
Pros:

- Cercanía y buen trato de todo el personal, especialmente con mi hija.
- Buen aislamiento de las habitaciones
- La calidad de la cuna y del sofá-cama
- Instalaciones para entretenimiento correctas.
- Desayuno bien en cuanto a variedad

Cons:

- Las comidas y eran repetitivas y la calidad bastante mejorable. (En varias ocasiones eran muy similares a la cena del día anterior)
- La limpieza de la habitación estaba bien, pero habia detalles mejorables (un día no repusieron el jabón de manos, otro día que tocaba cambio de toallas se llevaron más de las que repusieron…)
- El mantenimiento de la habitación, había cosas como el tope de la puerta del baño que estaba roto y se soltaba, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba, la tapadera del mando de la televisión se caía… (no lo comentamos porque eran cosas que no nos impedían estar allí, pero creo que se podrían revisar con más frecuencia.

Very disappointing, noisy and the opposite of relaxing.
Cons:

Very steep hill to the front and at the very end of the Benalmadena sea front so not much going on. Pool area is overcrowded, sun beds are uncomfy and it is very loud and noisy with kids despite it not being the summer holidays. Was not a relaxing break we’d hoped for, only saving grace was the indoor pool had a small sunbed area outside which was reasonably quiet so we spent all our time there. Food is basic, staff unhelpful and not friendly. In no world is this a 4 star, would not return.
