Personal muy agradable pero decepción por la comida
Pros:

Nos encantó el trato de TODO el personal. Muy amables, agradables y dispuestos a solucionar los problemas que te surjan. Desde recepción, restaurante hasta conductor del minibus.

Cons:

No nos gustó la comida. El desayuno si estaba bastante bien, pero la cena fue una decepción. Estaba bastante mala. Tampoco entendí muy bien que las bebidas se cobran aparte.
Otra cosa que es algo molesta son las cuestas para acceder a él.
El restaurante tampoco estaba demasiado limpio.. había muchas hormigas.
Tampoco entendimos como solo dejan entrar a un adulto con un bebé al miniclub.. que hace el otro progenitor entonces? Se queda solo fuera?

Pros:

Un buen hotel, las instalaciones en muy buen estado. La comida de buena calidad pero un poco repetitivas. Los trabajadores super amables y atentos, la limpieza de la habitación excelente, todos los días nos hizo la habitación Isabella y cuido cada detalle, todo muy limpio,mil gracias. La animación del hotel muy entretenida. Por lo general todo bien, volveremos.

Amei a limpeza e os funcionários bem atenciosos o café da manhã era muito bom

Cons:

Não gostei do colchão era muito ruim e as mola bem antiga , não dormi bem 😕. Ar condicionado fazia muito barulho a noite

Súper bien todo,perfecto súper recomendable.
Pros:

Ya es la segunda vez que vamos y repetiremos seguro,todo está perfecto y el personal
Un 10.las animadoras son super buena gente y una alegría tratar con ellas tanto estefi,como natacha y las demás,el cocinero un 10 y los camareros también muy amables,recepción y limpieza un 10 también,volveremos.

Tutto positivo dalla super stanza alla piscina al ristorante al campo da padel €9 x 4 persone a ISABELL che ci faceva trovare la camera pulitissima con le sue sculture di tovaglie.

Wundervolle Lage, nettes personal, tolles Frühstück. Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmern. Kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es im Indoor Bereich sehr laut, weil einfach viele Familien gleichzeitig ihr Frühstück genießen, aber auf der Terrasse war es sehr komfortabel und angenehm.
