Marvellous holiday
Pros:

The accommodation is lovely we stayed on 6th floor. Had a sea view and balcony. Beds really comfy even the sofa bed which is normally not comfortable in other hotels. Had a kitchenette which was handy for keeping drinks cool. Staff were so helpful and friendly on all areas. Pool activities we such fun and kept my daughter happy. We went half board and the breakfast selection was brilliant.

Cons:

Shower was slippy and would recommend a non slip mat for using inside the shower as I slipped on one occasion

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and the pool area was fantastic.

Cons:

The food wasn't great. It was ok. It's at the top of a long hill which was a little inconvenient for walking up . The hotel offers a bus service to and from the beach but only until 4.30pm everyday .

Good value for money but some areas let it down
Pros:

Breakfast was good, decent choice of food. The staff were generally all very welcoming and happy to help. The kids entertainment was good, my little one had fun

Cons:

The service of hot drinks at breakfast would have made it a lot easier to manage as I found it difficult to manage serving myself and my young child without having to leave home alone. Dinner wasn’t great, I found the food quality to be pretty poor. The kids arcade was great but at least 4 of the machines we tried didn’t work and ate our money, better maintenance here is needed (it’s not even peak season). Not allowing the kids to jump in the pool was a bit over kill. They were not running or diving, simply toddlers jumping in off the side. No inflatables or balls either. This ruined the fun for the kids. I understand safety measures but this was too far considering they were happy to have a foam party where kids were being completely covered by foam which was fun but more unsafe than inflatables, jumping and ball playing.

Pros:

La limpieza del edificio y. Zonas exteriores es muy buena.
El spa me gustó mucho por la libertad de horario.
La comida también fue buena.

Cons:

Lo único que no me agradó fue la parte abuardillada del dormitorio, pues acceder al armario era complicado.

Hotel czysty, miła i pomocna obsługa, wyśmienite jedzenie, codziennie dostarczana woda do picia, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci. Zakaz rezerwacji leżaków na basenie. Położenie hotelu z dala od miejskiego zgiełku, a jednocześnie w niedużej odległości od plaży (5-8 minut spacerem).

Cons:

Hotel typowo nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi. Było to dla nas męczące, ale taki hotel wybraliśmy i byliśmy tego świadomi. Trochę liczyliśmy na to, że dzieci w maju będą w szkole, a nie na wypoczynku. Klimatyzacja w naszym pokoju działała słabo. Na dworze 27 stopni i ledwo dawała radę schłodzić pokój. Nie chcę myśleć co byłoby w sezonie. Podejście do hotelu pod sporą górkę więc spacer z plaży może być dla niektórych męczący. Hotel zapewnia więc busa na plażę i z powrotem, z którego jednak nie korzystaliśmy. Pomimo tych niedogodności pobyt uważam za udany
