Mac Puerto Marina Benalmadena

This is our 14th year staying at the hotel, which says it all. The location is superb, the hotel is clean, bright, and extremely welcoming. The staff are the same year in year out, which also speaks volumes in itself. Food is fantastic, with the breakfast menu being stocked with all kinds of food to meet customers needs. We have take many friends and family to the hotel, all of which have retuned with us, but also as individual bookings, and taken their friends and families. No issues with noise, and there is someone front of house throughout the night. Nightly entertainment is great, plus they also do themes and music around the pool intermittent through the week, which is relaxing and give a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

nice Hotel very central clean rooms but the buffet was very poor nothing was ever hot it was at best warm and on many occasions cold , I ended up with food poisoning that developed in to GASTRO ENTERITS and I wasnt the only person to get this

We got the best room it was one of the only rooms with a rain shower we had a great view on the pool the cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate the rooms are spacious the pool is probably the best pool I've been in its a great location with amusements at your front door the staff are lovely its just a great hotel very close to everything

The key of success first of all is the staff of this hotel. Just one word-and they made the best birthday for my daughter.Guys-Respect and the great love for you and the hotel. Definitely we'll come back again here..thank you for everything.

Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas, el buffet tiene muchas variedad y el personal es súper amable, lo recomiendo al 100 x 100.

Just returned, fantastic experience,
Prime location 100yrds to sea,same to Marina and nearest supermarket, room great,aircon plus fan above bed which we left on at night through to morning , had our anniversary plus wife's birthday there and while she was sunbathing in niped to reception to order flowers for next day, had bottle of presecco left in room on both days by hotel at no charge which we both thought was a great touch.
Bathroom fine,panhead shower with room for 2 😉
Pool spot on with plenty of sunbeds so no mad 5am rush with towels.
Outside Courtyard for brekkie was a nice change
Nothing too much trouble for any of staff
We had room 539 which looked across Courtyard to pool on third floor with best views imo.

Returned to this hotel after having a great time last year. Staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean. Excellent food choices in the Restaurant for morning breakfast and evening dinner. There was one noticeable this year from last year. The pool area has been modified and the depth of the pool is the same all the way around. There are easy accessible steps now installed to the pool. We did notice compared to last year that a lot of children are now there with their families A couple of years ago this was adults only however it is now more of a family destination which I feel people need to know if you have been here before and you think it will be just for adults. Overall a nice weekend in the Sun.

Where do I start 🤔 simply the BEST hotel in the Costa del sol 👌the location is perfect right in the heart of the resort the rooms are spotless the food is amazing (as always) but it's all of the staff that make this hotel so good from the moment you arrive you're made to feel welcome by every member of staff and a big shout out to Jannis,Yosmany all the rest of the reception staff sorry but didn't get all their names 🙄 also Omar and Isabel and all the other restaurant staff for making meal time's so special the cleaning staff do an amazing job this was our 4th visit and it definitely won't be our last 😁😁🌞🌞 a massive thank you to everybody Frank & Lesley Jackson.

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff very helpful.

From arrival to going home the staff were fantastic. 1st time at the hotel for us and could not fault it. Room big and airy .. restaurant was excellent every night. Pool area large enough and I like the no towel can be left to save it for the day.. it's off if not used in 30mins. It works. Location fantastic. So all great with my experience.

I have not even arrived at this hotel yet. I just wanted to come on to give the customer service a 10 out of 10. I have had some changes to bookings and help needed for various rooms. We have 2 bookings in sept. The staff have been impeccable. So friendly so helpful and have helped so much with my queries. I cannot wait to come on the 2nd september .
