- Schöne Dachterrasse mit ein paar Liegen, Stühlen und Tischen (keine Bar vorhanden, eigene Speisen und Getränke möglich) sowie Dusche und Whirlpool
- Ganztägig kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee im Foyer
- Umgebung ruhig und leise
- Supermarkt und DM in 5 min. erreichbar
- sehr gutes Frühstück
Unser Safe ließ sich trotz korrekter PIN nicht mehr öffnen. Drei Hotelangestellte haben über eine Stunde versucht das Problem zu lösen. Safe ging zwar wieder auf, war aber kaputt. Keine Entschuldigung, es wurde ein Zimmertausch angeboten.
Personal beim Frühstück ungelernt und unprofessionell. Es fehlte häufig an Schüssel, Besteck usw. - wurde auch nicht nachgelegt, trotz Nachfrage.

Very helpfull staff
Cannot recommend it enough really. Its definitely a 10/10 hotel. From the cleanness to their hospitality. Air conditioning was perfect specially when it was scorching hot outside! We wanted to iron clothes and they offered bringing an iron to the room which was nice. Amazing lobby and free coffee. Honestly, if you are fine with taking the bus to city center rather than staying there just stay at this hotel cuz it cannot get any better.

The room was very clean and comfortable, very good AC, breakfast was super rich and with many options, staff at the reception was very professional and friendly, and responding to any question. The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the train station, but there is a bus ( line25) , that connects easily. Spar is at the end of the street, also there is a ALDI and DM two minutes away. I liked it very very much. I will definetly stay there if I need to return to Bologna.
