Location and hotel:
Quiet and safe area, about 20 mins walking to the city center. Car garage in the hotel for reasonable price.
Very nice jacuzzi on the top floor with a nice gym.

Service:
Extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. They really take care of the guest’s problems (thanks for enabling Wireguard access).

Room:
Very clean, modern style. Quiet on high floor.

Breakfast:
Very good breakfast with a broad selection, very good quality and very nice presentation.

Pros:

Hotel je blízko výstaviska, má podzemnú garáž, výťahy fungujú spoľahlivo, personál ochotný, raňajky sme nestíhali, ale pripravili nám raňajkový balíček. Káva je nonstop k dispozícii zdarma. Na šiestom poschodí je voľne dostupná terasa s vírivkou. Psíky povolené.

Cons:

V hotelovej reštaurácii nás prekvapila mini porcia lasagne. Ostatné jedlá boli OK, ale tie lasagne boli ako vtip. 5x5 cm.

Pros:

Hotel je pekný, čistý, ale čo je asi najdôležitejšie je jeho pesonál. Milý, usmievavý, ochotný pomôcť, vyriešiť vaše akékoľvek prianie. Raňajky boli famózne. No a ešte malý bonus. Na izbe sme pre nášu psiu parťáčku našli aj malý darček.

Cons:

Troch málo parkovacích miest na taký hotel.

Pros:

La stanza era comoda e spaziosa. Il bagno ampio con vasca e accessori vari per noi ospiti. Non abbiamo potuto fare la colazione in hotel perché uscivamo la mattina presto, ma ci hanno preparato una busta da portarci dietro (con cornetti, frutta, succo di frutta, ecc). Hanno accettato il nostro cagnolino anche se abbiamo dovuto lasciare gli altri a casa in quanto ne erano ammessi solamente due per stanza (anche se in molte stanze c’erano più di 2 cani, e anche di taglia grande). Il parcheggio coperto era pieno ma abbiamo parcheggiato con facilità nei pressi dell’hotel. Bei parchi e belle passeggiate da fare intorno l’hotel.

Cons:

I piatti mangiati al ristorante non ci sono piaciuti molto.

Excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with nice dining terrace and rooftop terrace with jacuzzi tub (it was however closed due to the weather). The staff was excellent, very nice and accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Location is good for airport, the hotel is nor so close to the centre but the bus stop is nearby so it was easy to go everywhere.
