Ultimately disappointing
Pros:

Great responsive staff. Very crowded at breakfast but somehow the staff managed to keep everyone happily engaged.

Cons:

We made the mistake of ordering a lunch at the restaurant downstairs and that was a disaster! The Goan fish curry was not just mild and under spiced but was tasteless. We duly informed all concerned including the management. There were usual lip service but was shocked to see the food being charged for!

Pleasant stay but felt there were extra costs I wasnt expecting

Worst experience it’s a disgrace to Ramada brand and no value for money

The staff really rude really bad behaved quality and standard of the hotel very bad worst hospitality experience in my life I have never left a comment on any property the worst experience of my life irresponsible rude and they even took my id on the counter and lost it and blamed it on me dirty rooms dirty sheets bad smell in the room I have never seen such unprofessional staff in my life they don’t even greet the customer
